 In the O&M sector, the main priority is zero harm during highly
risky work to avoid severe injuries or high-cost equipment
Mission damage. 
Statement   So, we need to track the employee's location if they need help and
sent the help as soon as we could. 
 So, we need to track all high-danger work orders done on the site
to ease the EHS to check these work orders.
 The employee needs to know what should do when there is an
emergency.
 During Evacuations, we need to count the employees who already
reached the assembly points in a very short time to know how
many employees doesn’t evacuate successfully.
 identifying the current location of the different emergency teams
e.g. medical team, and the fire-fighting team is required.
 identifying the actual location and the required health care for
employees during emergencies is required.
 Tracking the employee safety training.
 Recording and showing the hazard material how the employee
should do if he deals with it for example (HCL or NH3).
 EHS Statistics like LTI hours.
 A quick call for an emergency.
 Recording the weather and sending notifications if the wind speed
is high for special work orders.
 Locate on the map where are the firefighting extinguishers.
 Lead the employees to the nearest assembly point.


   The product provides the solution for the above challenges by

issuing a mobile application using a 2d map. 
Product
 On the mobile app MAP, there is SOS Button once it has been
pressed the employee’s location will be tracked and sent the
ambulance or the firefighting toward the employee’s location

according to the emergency status also monitor the employee's

health care by connecting this app with a smartwatch to measure
the heartbeat.
 On the Map the Shift charge engineer will be able to locate the
hazard working area so when the work has been started, the
danger work order will be shown on the map with some details like
what kind of work, when should be started, and when should be
finished.
 This mobile app will provide a tracking feature for all employees’
safety training. 
 When the employee press the Evacuation button the app will
provide each employee with the shortest path to assembly points
and automatically count the number of employees who reached the
assembly point. 
 There is a color code for each team for example medical team
firefighting team and so on.
 OSHA documents will be implemented. 
 APP gives a description and how to deal with chemical materials.

More than just a panic button app, the risk map is a comprehensive
employee safety and management solution.

was calculated through the OSHA injuries website)

Market  The application price was low compared to competitors (SHEQSY
Assessment Panic Button App, blackline safety, etc..)
 The application has unique features which not included by the
other competitors (showing the hazard area depending on the work
orders released on this day with the risk probability, and auto
count of the people who evacuated to the assembly point.)
 The application complies with a company’s view

Marketing  The product cost is very low compared with valuable features like
Strategy map & SOS & work order survey map & documentation & training
scheduling and location tracking.
 The project target specific scope (O&M power plans) and discovery
of the hazard area or the area which could have a high probability of
an incident
 We will implement in the EMD project and then thru Siemens O&M
after that Globally.
