JOINT PLEDGE OF UNDERTAKING

We, parents/guardian, together with our son/daughter, do hereby pledge to agree, adhere
and abide by the following conditions and stipulations set by the BICOL MERCHANT
MARINE COLLEGE, INC. (BMMCI), to wit:

1. That we allow our son/daughter to enroll at BMMCI without mental

reservation;
2. That we will require our son/daughter to conform to the BMMCI Code of
Conduct and the prescribed Dress Code;
3. That we will cause our son/daughter to promise to the School Management,
with our assurance, that he/she will desist from joining any group/club
organization of movement which aims to destabilize or disrupt the normal
operation of the school by any means not sanctioned by law;
4. That we are willing to subject our son/ daughter to disciplinary actions as
provided under the table of Offense and/or as decided by competent school
authorities, or similar to those being observed, practiced or applied in all
other maritime institutions;
5. That we agree that breach of any forgoing conditions by our son/daughter
after this undertaking have been duly accomplished, it will be a sufficient
ground for his/her dismissal/separation from the school;
6. That no signing of this undertaking by any of the signatories below shall
cause the outright rejection of the enrollee;
7. That subsequent discovery of falsification of signature of the concerned
signatories of this document shall be ground for my son’s/daughter’s outright
expulsion from the school;
8. That after having carefully understood the foregoing conditions and
stipulations, we sign this undertaking in our free will and volition;
9. That we are executing this Joint Pledge of Undertaking to attest the veracity
of the foregoing statement and have full force and effect during my
son’s/daughters entire duration of stay in BMMCI, Sorsogon City.
