Executive Summary
The youth require education, and some students require more assistance than the
others. Tutoring assists children in learning.
 The MASTERY blueprint (referred to from hereon in as the “Company”) is
intended to be a limited-liability company (LLC) with the expectation of an expansion
within the education and tutoring industry.
The Company establishes strategic business alliances and the foundation of this
business is based on loyal consumers and a repository of instructional resources that can
be used and distributed.
The Company’s target market includes both junior high and senior high students
who seek help regarding STEM subjects, especially Science and Mathematics. This
business is founded to aid high school students. The business adopts a distinct and
original approach to instruction that allows students to interact with the material that
school requires them to grasp. Our clients should get the capabilities they need for long-
term success in their subject areas via tailored and focused teaching approaches. The
company’s success is heavily dependent on giving attention to clients' demands and
genuinely assisting them to succeed – the business don't thrive until the client triumphs in
their studies.
The Company has determined three success factors that are critical to its long-
term effectiveness. The demand for imaginative, instructive, and compelling programs is
number one. The second critical factor is to implement a functional financial
management within its workforce. The final step to success is attending to clients,
therefore building a feedback mechanism for product and service enhancement.

Name of The Business

 The MASTERY Blueprint contains the acronym MASTERY which means “Mathematics
and Science Tutoring, Enrichment, and Recreation for the Youth.” The word blueprint
represents the plans and programs of the business and its vision for the students. This is
the decided name for the business as the company intends to mentor senior and junior
high school students on the subjects regarding Science and Mathematics.

The figure above is what the founders chose as a logo to represent the business. The hand
represents the intents of the business in supporting their clients to achieve decent marks on their
academic endeavors and each finger represents each founder. A graduation hat represents the
mission that the business ensures the client’s success in graduating high school.
 The tagline “SCIgot namin, MATHagumpay na Kinabukasan!” represents the business’
ideals for the clients. The business intends to empower their clients’ confidence and self-esteem,
enhance their skills and capabilities as a student – comparable to those of a scholar – and it
encourages their clients to engage with their school work.

Marketing
 Nowadays, business owners usually promote or spread their products or services through
online and social media platforms such as Facebook, IG and even Tiktok. Some of these
said platforms have a feature/tab where individuals may sell their products and services.
Through online means, we can easily spread our services benefits, information and its
features. Aside from posting it in different social media platforms, we can also utilize the
word-of-mouth tactic, where the business can also share their product information
directly to the employees’ friends and family, as well as to neighbors.

Location
 This business’ headquarters will be located near the San Nicolas Plaza. We envision a
blooming business here as it is where people in the municipality and other nearby
communities pass by the most.

Company Description
The Company shall be formed as Limited Liability Company under municipal, provincial,
and national laws and headed by Ariel Wayne Damo, and Clark Adrian Manuel.
The Company will be a small station within the school campus where it could accommodate
a number of students to sign up for Science and Math courses.
The MASTERY Blueprint will also set up a website where students can pay a substantial
amount in order to access academic resources and sign up for Science and Math programs and
courses. The website will also ask the customer what would be their preferred mean of
communicating with the instructors, whether it should be online via online meetings (e.g.,
Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) or private messages (Facebook Messenger), or offline
via face-to-face sessions.
The MASTERY Blueprint is a novel business venture with first-rate courses and
excellent facilities. It also intends to contribute a portion of its profits to charity, particularly to
the development of school facilities and distribution of school and office stationery to
classrooms.
 At present, The MASTERY Blueprint holds a workforce of five people. The Company
consists of 3 employees and 2 executive staff members.
