ESSAY

I was a member of SSG when I was in grade 7 and 8, then I wondered that I'm not responsible
and active that time because I was new to the environment and I don't know the things that a
student leader should do and I think that I just wasted the opportunity that was given to me so
I've decided to join again because I want to give more value to it, I want to improve as a student
leader, I want to do better and I want to show more commitment and enthusiasm to my duty.
And also I love planning and organizing things for the school and attending events that has a
good effect for the people and youth. And I know joining ssg will teach me skills like project
management and event planning. Also these events and joining student organizations are
excellent opportunities for me and in the future. Participating in this kind of organizations is a big
responsibility because it has many duties that you have to do and achieve as a part of it and at
the same time we also have our own school works or academics that we should never forget
and also need to focus on and accomplish, so it will be very hard to do it all together that's why
time management is really important and also setting priorities, I'm gonna do a to do lists so that
I won't forget the important things that I should do and I will organize things and try to be
productive everyday as much as I can, but don't forget to take a break and then fight again.
Being part of this organization is a great opportunity for me because they provide opportunities
to give back to the community through acts of service, sponsoring events, hosting charity drives
and fundraising that has good effect to other people and youth. Not only is this good for society,
but it will teach you how a future business can give back too. That's why whenever I have the
chance to attend events or programs that has good benefits to other people, I always participate
in it not just inside of school but also outside of it because I know that I can help other people
even though it's just a small action I believe that every action has an impact and big changes
start from small actions. Before covid I have many plans and goals for our school but when
covid starts the only goal that I have in my mind now is to create a mental health awareness
program and encourage other youth and students to don't ever give up. Because of the situation
we’re facing right now, I know a lot of us are experiencing differents struggles and problems in
life and the only thing that we can think of is to give up but don't ever do it because God gave
that as a challenge for us and God planned something more beautiful for you, so just stay
positive and always look to the brighter side of it and always be kind because someday you'll
realize what god planned for u. And there's one thing that I've always been wishing of and that
is to get everything's back to normal so in that way we can go to school and meet each other
personally and most importantly we can make plans, goals and organize things for the good of
our school and community.
