Meeting Changes and Development

The Former British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill once said, “To improve is to
change, so to be perfect is to have changed often.” Tom Rath also added that the key to
human development is building on who you already are.

Changes are inevitable. It is also indispensable. Indeed, development is everywhere.

Humans should change in each of his/her aspect – be it physical, social, emotional, et
cetera. The changes that we are experiencing is very important in our development so we
can be adaptive to the demands both of ourselves and environment as well.

Come and join us as we travel along the path of meeting changes and development.
Let us walk hand in hand down the aisle of this changing experience for all of us.
