Projects Executed
Description: XL Catlin is a company that offers Insurance and Reinsurance with a variety of products, services and
technology. They excel in finding innovative, creative solutions to the risks – from most familiar to the most complex.
Project Description: XLGC is an in-house claims application that is used to create claims from FNOL to closure. It is
used to create claims for Insureds all over the world with policies maintained across different source systems. It is
integrated with multiple TPA and also a variety of Insurance solutions such as JCI, Tymetrix etc.
MI Dashboard is as its name suggests a dashboard that depicts Management Information using Cognos reporting. It
also has Qlik view to generate adhoc reports.
Responsibilities:
Attend Demand-Capacity Meetings to make sure that the demand does not overflow the capacity from a
testing perspective
Prepare the SOW based on the finalized release content and get it approved from the respective PMs based on
whether the work is funded by BAU or Mandate or projects
Monitor if the ROMs provided by the offshore team is within the agreed threshold based on the requirements
Coordinate between the clients and the offshore testing team
Work with the Development Manager, Project Managers, Product Owner, EAI manager and the other
Integration Managers to obtain the testing contents for the release

Project Description:
Service Net with it's application WIN (Warranty Information Network) is a system that is built on Pega. It focuses on
Consumer warranty for different clients such as Best Buy, LG, Whirlpool, Mobi, Sears and Otterbox. It is used to
create claims on the contracts and process the claims through different stages such as Logistics and Adjudication.
WIN deals with multiple integrations between other applications such as Service Power, Customer Portals and web
portals.
Responsibility:
Directly worked with clients on a daily basis with analysing and distributing the requirements among members of
the team and to other vendors.
Involved in preparing Requirement Traceability Matrix to check the coverage, test cases and execution &
reporting bugs in ALM.
Woked in identifying the automation scenarios when creating the regression suite.
Assigning work to the team and consolidating statuses from them to the client was a daily activity besides the

Project Description:
Claim-center is a web-based enterprise software application designed to manage the process of reporting, verifying,
and making payments on claims against a policy. It manages the claims process from first notice of
loss, through execution of financial transactions, including the payment and setting of reserves. This insurance
claims management system also manages claims information and
coordinates the claims process to ensure compliance with corporate policies and claims best practices.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out activities related to test planning, effort estimation, task identification, scheduling, tracking &
reporting
Involve in Guidewire Claim Center testing – Managing the Claims process from First Notice Of Loss through
execution of Financial transactions including payment and setting of reserves.

Employee Systems and Customer Systems. Each portfolio has its own scope and boundaries. And I have been
involved in the R&D portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Extensively worked in functional testing in the projects like MFI (Made For ipx (iphone, ipad and ipod)), Attache
and NFA
As a lead, came up with a plan to make proper use of the automation resources
Planned the automated trigger of the scripts in Jenkins by coordinating with the development team,Business and
the clients after agreeing upon the incoming number of builds.
Planned the automated report that will be generated and sent to the stakeholders immediately after the scripts
complete testing the latest builds
Came up with a plan to run sanity tests on every build automatically using Jenkins integration team and initiated

Project Description:
The Product Quality Services (PQS) group at Allstate has embarked on a strategic initiative to choose “Best-in- class”
partner to assist in the various components of the sourcing strategy for a team involved in testing the
functionalities related to the application releases with respect to enhancements, defect fixes etc. The
testing for Auto, Property, Commercial and Consumer Household lines of business includes functional /
System Testing for Full Quote, New Businesses, Endorsements, Special Business Operations(SBO), Renewals,
Scheduled activities, Utilities, Alliance Policy View and Easy Quote. All of the above functionalities will be
tested for Exclusive Agents, Independent Agents, Customer& Enterprise Services (CES) ATSC/PPCOE and CIC
Channels.
Responsibilities:
As onsite coordinator, leading the offshore team on the various projects that comes in
Co-ordinating and interacting with the stakeholders on a daily basis for better understanding of the technicalities
of the requirements.

Farmers Insurance Group (informally Farmers) is a U.S. insurer group of automobiles, homes and small businesses
and also provides other insurance and financial services products.
Project Description:
System Application Logic Testing (SALT) is the environment where we perform the UAT for Farmers Insurance
Group Personal Lines Applications (PLA). SALT’s agenda is to provide user acceptance testing on the
Personal line application projects, to assure quality in the enhancements and the change requests, and to pass the
bug fixes so that the customer is satisfied with the result.
Farmers Auto2 are the enhancement project of FARMERS INSURANCE AUTO line of business in
the states of US with a variation in the rating system. This system captures customer information through
Data capture and the same is processed under modules like Policy validation, Premium determination,
Discount derivation and under writing systems. The testing of this application was done in Green screen –
mainframe interfaces (CICS) and in E-Auto & Express – Web interface. The application was built over the new billing
platform – FSCD (Financial system for Collection and Disbursement) that was introduced as a part of Billing
Simplification Project (BSP).
Responsibilities:
Involved in the Test case execution, co-ordination in the PLA environment that includes activities like Bug
detection and tracking, Requirement analysis and execution tracking by analyzing the client’s needs.
Involved in the development of test cases by studying the business requirements.
Took responsibilities like status reporting of test case execution, Data migration tracking, Warranty analysis,
Defect Rejection analysis.
Involved in activities like Ad-hoc testing and in forming the traceability matrix for authoring the test data with
customer focus.
