I have written to you for a long time. How are things? I hope everything goes well with you. As
you know, I always expect to become a brilliant lawyer, so I decided to take part in a debate club
recently. My club is preparing to hold a discussion about the advantages of debate learning to
recruit new members. I am bouncing off the wall to attend this event because it has been my
expectation for a long time. To make the argument more convincing, I will prepare a
professional presentation and hold some interactive activities for participants.

My name is Do Hong Hanh. I have become a member of our club since 2022. I received your
email last night, so I would like to write an email to express my feelings and give you
recommendations about the announcement. 
According to the notification in the letter, our club is planning to organize a seminar about the
benefits of debate learning to recruit new members. I am so eager to attend this event because I
have expected it for a long time. I think this is an excellent opportunity for all club members to
show their eloquence and enhance their public speaking skills. 
From my perspective, there are benefits of people developing the art of debate such as
improving critical thinking skills, quick-thinking, resolution of conflict, emotional control and the
like. To be honest, I think two is not enough. To make my performance more convincing, I will
make a presentation, so can you prepare a display device for me? Simultaneously, I would like to
supplement some interactive activities to the event timeline to attract people.
