Issue notice to the respondents.
Mr. V.K.Verma, Adv. accepts notice for respondent No.
1-Karnakata Prantya Raita Sangha.
Ms. Kamini Jaiswal, Adv. accepts notice for respondent-C.Ramanjaneya.
Hence service of notice on the said two respondents is dispensed with.
Let notice be served on the other respondents.
The respondents who accepted notice may file counter affidavit, if any, within two
weeks.
-2- Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within one weeks thereafter.
Post after three weeks for detailed arguments on the prayer for stay of operation of the
impugned judgment.
However, the direction in the impugned judgment to the effect that Rs. 119.42 shall be
treated as the appropriate wage rate w.e.f. 1.1.2009 is stayed until further orders as far
as the period from 1.1.2009 till the date of the impugned judgment i.e. 23.09.2011, is
concerned.
