the submit button when uploading inventory item .
This means that the submit button is difficult to find for almost all
users.

2. It was observed that 3 out of 5 participants had a hard time

creating their profile account .
This means that for most users, it’s not immediately unclear how to
create a new account.

3. It was observed that 1 out of 5 participants did not face any

challenge when creating his account .
This means that the creation of account is useful to only few
people, but not an overwhelming majority .

1. Based on the theme that: the submit button is difficult to find for
almost all users, an insight is: users need better cues for where the
location of the submit button is.

2. Based on the theme that: for most users, it’s not immediately
unclear how to create a new account, an insight is: users need a
more intuitive and easy way create their account.

3. Based on the theme that: the creation of account is useful to only

few people, but not an overwhelming majority, an insight is: only few
users did not experience challenge while creating their account.
