PLEDGE FOR FUNDS

1. The MCFM is organizing a Monsoon Trek-cum-Retreat from August 13- 15, 2022
(Aug. 13 & 14 are Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 15 is a public holiday on account of
Independence Day).

2. The tentative schedule of the trek cum camp is mentioned below

August 14 & 15, 2022 (Sunday & Ind. Day) Retreat at St. Mary’s Villa, Khandala
August 15 (4.00 PM) Depart for Mumbai

3. The Monsoon Trek-cum-Retreat is planned keeping in mind the need to slow down
from a Mumbaikar’s lifestyle of every day running. The programme is planned for a
revitalizing of both body and soul. Accordingly, bus pick up and drop and a 2 night stay
at Khandala, has been planned. Fr. Ashuli of…… and Rev Kayio Basena, Chaplain,
Mao Christian Fellowship, Shillong have consented to be the Resource Persons (RP) of
the Retreat.

4. The MCFM Committee and elders estimate that the event will require a total budget
of ₹2.00 lakh and have decided to reach out to a select few of Ememei Mumbaikars to
put in their own pledge of funds towards the event. We are sending out this pledge well
in advance to enable you to plan such that the pledge amount can be paid in 3/4
monthly installments or in one lumpsum.
5. We will also be blessed if any of us decides to sponsor any of the expenses head as
detailed in the table below.

below. While remitting the fund, please indicate the purpose as, “MTR” for easy
identification.
