HPTA MINUTES OF THE MEETING
SY. 2022-2023

The meeting started with a prayer led by Chynne Gello Flores, one of Grade 9-Tigullo students and a
classroom officer. The meeting was facilitated by Sir Joe Bryan Tigullo. He first introduced himself as the class
adviser of Grade 9-Tigullo. Right after, he introduced to the parents the 5 major classroom officers of Grade
9-Tigullo.

Sir Bryan now opened the discussion with the first agenda of the meeting which is the classroom
requirements/School policy. He strongly suggested that all students must be in uniform. This will help the
guard to identify who are students of Polo IS and who are not and to prevent outsiders to get inside the
school premises. He then discussed about the assigned area of Grade 9-Tigullo. Grade 9-students are obliged
to clean everyday their area of assignment to maintain the cleanliness of the school surroundings.

Next, a plan for Christmas trees was discussed for each school level. Parents were informed by Sir
Bryan that there will be a Christmas tree competition for each school level. The Christmas tree will be made
of indigenous materials and should be decorated with lights. The height and size of the Christmas tree will be
discussed by the presidents of HPTA. Mechanics of the competition will also be discussed by them.

Subsequently, parents elected new set of HPTA officer for the school year 2022-2023. The newly
elected HPTA officers of Grade 9-Tigullo for the school year 2022-2023 are as follows:

The adviser asked the newly elected officers to stand in front of the parents immediately following the
election of the new slate of officers to represent SY's HPTA. 2022-2023.

Polo Integrated School's principal, Ma'am Febille J. Rivera, arrived to speak with the parents about some
important topics, including student conduct and school rules. Additionally, Ma'am Feb restarted the conversation
regarding the suggested Christmas tree for each grade level. The aforementioned event will consist of grade-level
competitions. The Presidents of HPTA officers from all school levels will talk about mechanics.

Subsequently, Sir Bryan opened his concerns about the need of providing Television for the students to be
used during classroom discussion. Ms. Bermudez, the HPTA president headed the discussion about providing amount
to purchase a set Smart Television for students. Mrs. Togueran, called the Imperial Plaza to inquire about the prize of
a 32 inches TV. The body agreed to donate an amount of Php345.00 per student. The deadline for the amount which
will be donated by the students was agreed to be on Oct. 30, 2022. The collection of such amounts will be in trusted
to the HPTA Treasurer, Analiza A. Togueran.

The Grade 9-Tigullo class's classroom regulation includes fines, which Sir Bryan lastly told the parents about.
The class as a whole agreed to the fines in order to raise money for their upcoming Christmas party and to relieve
parents of the financial strain of supplying money for the food that would be shared by the entire class.
