    1. Upper portion. Palpation of fundus.

    Determine the position of head


     Head sensation (Round, Hard, and bony surface)
     Butt Sensation (Soft irregular shape))
    2. Sides of maternal abdomen. Assess which side is spine and extremeties. Long continuous fetal
    back. Soft extremeties
     Left Hand (extremeties. Soft irregular nodules- siko, tuhod)
     Right Hand (Fetal back, spiine, long continuous flat surface)
    3. Lower pole, Fetal part, symphysis pubis. Position at woman’s feet. Assess fetal descent.
     Head sensation (head- round, hard)
     Butt Sensation (soft and irreg in shape)
