DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

TERESITA VARNEY, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to Mark O. Varney

and a resident of Puerto Princesa, Palawan of hereinafter referred as VENDOR;

-AND-
ANDEA R. DASECO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Barangay Buhilit, Tarlac City, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

        WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of parcel of land particularly

described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 043-2015001807

“A parcel of land (Lot 12 of the subdivision plan Psd-03-037712 (OLT) being a

portion of lot 10 BSD-03-001224 (OLT) LRC Rec No ) situated in Barrio of Banaba,
Tarlac City, containing an area of THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY
SEVEN (3,967) SQUARE METERS, more or less”

WHEREAS, the VENDEE has offered to buy and the VENDOR has agreed to sell

the subject parcel of land for the price and under the terms and conditions set forth herein
below; for the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP50,000.00) Philippine
Currency; 

  NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND

PESOS (PHP50,000.00) Philippine Currency Philippine Currency the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged from the VENDEE to the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR, the
said VENDOR does hereby sell, ceed, transfer and convey the above-described parcel of
land, their heirs and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature
including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
