Pursuant to Executive Order No. 124, Series of 1987 and in the interest of the service and
pursuant to implementation of Republic Act No. 11609 "An Act Establishing the Second
District Engineering Office in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao de
Oro, and appropriating funds therfor" a second DEO in Davao de Oro is hereby created

As a result of this creation, the Davao de Oro 1st DEO and the Davao de Oro 2nd DEO shall be
classified and shall compriso/ of the following cities and municipalities as provided by law is
shown below:

The headquarters of the newly created Davao de Oro 2nd DEO shall be located in the
Municipality of Compostela in the 1st legislative district as stated in R.A. No. 11609 and the
Davao de Oro 1st OEDis located in Nabunturan.

This Order supersedesother previous issuancesin contrary thereto, and to become effective in
the RBIA in CY 2022 for preparation of the succeeding DPWHInfrastructure Program.
