Project Indonesia BAKTI 4G BTS Project Batch-2 Construction-CME part (Project Name). The
Information content attached to our Bidding documents is Authentic. As we know that giving
false statement and information are serious violations of the Law. If the Bidding documents
provide false information, the Company is willing to be penalized according to the Law. So:
1. We agree to abide by the commitments in this bidding document within 28 (Validity period)
days from our date specified in the bidding documents.
2. We will provide all the bidding documents specified in the “Notice of Bidder”. Including one
Original, two copies and one electronic document.
3. If we win the bid, we will faithfully implement the contract signed by both parties, and bear
the responsibilities and obligations stipulated in the contract.
4. We fully understand that at all times you do not accept the lowest bid.
5. We are willing to provide you with any data, information and technical information related
to this bidding. If you need, we are willing to provide proof of all the promises we have
made.
6. We have reviewed all the bidding documents in detail, including the amendment (if any),
reference information and related accessories, confirmed. We promise to accept all the
terms of bidding documents and without any objection.

and related services, without prejudice to other substantive provisions of the contract,

7、Support Resource Commitment

Subject: Letter of Commitment (Bid Reference No: FH/FI/ID-2022-ST-0015).

Dear Sir，

As per your bidding requirement, we hereby promise.

We promise that the SITAC team will start work within 3 days and the CME team will start

work within 7 days after receiving the NTP from Fiberhome, and the sites that meet the

synchronous construction conditions shall start work synchronously. We promise to arrange the

management team (at least 1 project manager, 1 security supervisor, 2 CME supervisor and 1

document clerk) in each area to work together with the Fiberhome project team.

If the commitment is not fulfilled within 7 days after receiving the NTP from Fiberhome, we will

give up performance bond Rp 40,000,000.
