III. IMPLEMENTED ACTIVITIES / INTERVENTIONS CONDUCTED

In this activity, the teacher implemented the Strategic Intervention Material to address the learning gaps
in identified Grade 11 students from the result of least / most mastered skills based on the frequency of
errors / correct responses.

It was previously identified that there are Grade 11 students who failed to reach mastery of the specific
learning competency.

With this in mind, the teacher constructed intervention material to address the learning gap, where
