Sir/Madam,

San Jose Pilot Elementary School is an institution that promotes quality education
and instills moral values to its pupils. We continuously aspire in providing an
environment that is conducive to learning. In preparation for the face-to-face classes this
coming school year, the Department of Education is conducting Brigada Eskwela 2022.

Brigada Eskwela has been a tradition of bayanihan and volunteerism between and
amongst the school and the community. It will be held on August 1-25, 2022.

This year we are tapping on your shoulders to serve as volunteers during the said
event for we know of your keen interest in improving our public school. You can help by
volunteering to help clean, repair and do maintenance services in our school or you may
donate cleaning materials and other supplies that can be used in repairing, maintaining
and beautifying our school. Should you accept our invitation, please contact Ms. Juliezl B.
