INTRODUCTION
Let me start by taking a coin. Suppose you are a government
agency and I am a businessman. I come to you and say that
this is a magical coin. Every time you toss it, you will get a
head, never a tail. What will be your reaction? You would
want me to prove it. What are the ways of proving it? You
don’t have the time to stand and see till the time I toss the
coin. You would say, collect all the evidences and deposit
them. The agency will see the evidence and if it is right, it will
be approved that it is such a coin which when tossed, always
gives a head. I then, get authorised to sell it anywhere in the
world. What will I do? I will collect the evidence. How would
I collect the evidence? I would toss the coin. You, very well
know the result of tossing the coin. Roughly, half of the times
I will get head and half of the times I will get tail. Now since
the evidence is to be collected, while tossing the coin I need
to do a video recording as well. I take the video recording
and submit it in the required format and show them that I
always get a head when I toss the coin. Evidence is approved
and I launch this coin and people start buying this. Is there
any chance of some confusion here? Is there any scope of
tempering? Can there be any scam? What happened half of
the times when I received a tail? I edited that and hid this
negative result. I collected all the positive results and included
only 3-4 negative results and proved that most of the times,
it is head so it can be sold as a coin which gives head 90 % of
the time. This is what is happening in the market today. The
same is the truth of medical science.

CHAPTER 1
MEDICAL TRIALS:
ARE THEY WORTH IT ?
If you visit a government website www.clinicaltrials.gov of
the US government, you will notice that whenever clinical
trials are held in the world, they are first registered. Before
the trial, you tell that you are going to conduct this trial, and
people volunteer by giving in writing that the trial can be
conducted on them for the sake of financial gains. Then the
trial of the medicine is conducted. The trial has a rule that
you have to submit in one year whatever the results may be
and get them published in a medical journal. Those who
conduct the trial are just businessmen; their work is, if trial is
successful, it will be published and the published report will
be submitted to the government, to FDO; and FDO will give
the approval on the basis of the report that it can be sold for
use by human beings and then it becomes a business. This is
the model in the world.
8
If the result is negative, you don’t get it published and just
do away with it. In 2012, all trials were collected and it was
revealed that ever since FDA has been formed, 50% of the
trials have not been reported. Then those trials were tracked.
It was known that 95% of the trials are those which were not
reported since they showed negative results. If those trials
were also included then, not even a single medicine that you
know or use today, would be available in the market.
9
applying the law, and then banning the medicine, the entire
cycle takes 12-16-18 years. 18 years is a long duration to
convert a medicine into business. After that, it will become
a generic drug and will be of no interest to the company.
Till then, the company would have found out several other
medicines and marketed them. This is the truth.
10
CHAPTER 2
HYPERTENSION
OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?
11
As the diseases come to the fore, Science finds the answers
to them in the form of medicines- which could provide
immediate relief or be a solution. So as the heart diseases
increased, the search for its cure in the form of medicines also
increased. In 1942, North Western University of America-
a 150 year old university invented a medicine. Before the
introduction of the medicine in the market, it has to be tried
on someone before being tried on human beings. It has to be
tried on animals. But if is tried on healthy animals, we will
not get any answer; we need to find those animals who suffer
from heart disease. Researchers at North Western University
of America could not find a single animal that had a heart
disease.
12
monkey got a heart attack. Scientists were very happy at the
fact that they have succeeded in getting at least one monkey
a heart attack. That means, occurrence of heart disease or
heart attack in animals is near to impossible while in human
beings- every third human being dies of heart attack.
13
CHAPTER 3
14
that you have a headache. If a doctor says you don’t have a
headache, but you say you have, then whom would you listen
to? Obviously you yourself. So the power of diagnosis lies
with that human being who resides in you. Nobody else can
diagnose. Somebody can give a reading but that reading can
be misleading. If you start taking medicine on the basis of
that reading, you have already chosen a path to illness. How
that path is chosen, I will explain by giving you an example.
15
tiredness, weakness but there is no need to worry. If a patient
complains of impotency, Viagra can be given but even after
taking Viagra there are a few side effects- like weakness,
headache, dizziness, running nose, indigestion etc.
16
given Imodium. With Imodium, along with constipation and
dizziness, patient may have abdominal pain, vomiting and
nausea. So in this way, the list of medicines keeps increasing
and at the end of the day, the patient himself forgets for
which problem did he consult a doctor? He just remembers
the medicines to be taken in the morning, afternoon, night
and mid night. He thus starts taking medicines as food- day
and night and feels that he is protected because of these
medicines. This is enough for you to understand that you
yourself have invited the problem.
17
CHAPTER 4
18
By taking medication, Blood Pressure is reduced but do you
think there is any change in the blockage? No. So if Blood
Pressure is high that means there is blockage, which is not
good. We think that by reducing Blood Pressure, the risk is
also reduced. This is not true at all. High Blood Pressure (if
lasts for a longer duration) is an indication that heart has
some problem; there is blockage. By reducing the Blood
Pressure by medication, you don’t get rid of the blockage; you
don’t end the cause.
19
should not rely on mere reading; keep in mind how you are
feeling? Do you feel energetic? If yes, then the reading can be
anything. But if you don’t feel well or energetic, it is a cause
of concern. Let us take an example. Norwegian people live
for longer time. They live for 80 years and the average Blood
Pressure of a Norwegian is 150/90 mm Hg.
20
but your mind is more important than that.
21
increased even in the family- everywhere. Everyone has to
take the responsibility. Everybody has to understand that
health is something you are living with it round the clock.
This is the most important education. Wrong education gives
rise to problems.
22
CHAPTER 5
23
imperfect. Deriving treatment from such medicines is risky
because you are unsure of the result of taking that medicine.
good for your health and perfect for the particular task that
you are going to perform. But if you take a medicine, the
calculation of these organs goes wrong. Taking medicine is
like a new car that is launched in the market and it has a
new feature that along with the driver seat, passenger seats
are also fitted with steering wheels. How does it sound? If
a passenger wants to go somewhere, he will steer the wheel
24
accordingly without asking the driver and this will be really
very dangerous. However big a car, or a train or an aeroplane
may be, the control is in one hand the driver or the pilot.
Driver has to be one. If the drivers are more in number,
accidents will take place. What I am trying to emphasize is
that all these organs in your body together form one driver-
that is you. These drive every moment, what should be your
Blood Pressure but by taking the medicines, you are trying to
be one with the passenger steering. This is quite dangerous.
You just cannot give the steering of your own body (car) in
the hands of the doctor or by taking a medicine, as you would
not permit anyone to have another steering in your car. The
danger is equal in both the cases. In the case of a car, first
accident will take place and then the person will die but in
the case of your body, you will be damaged since your body
is your vehicle.
25
It is a fluke, a fortuity. If you are taking the medicines for
Blood Pressure, you are very brave; and alive too.

26
So now you understand what is Blood Pressure and who
controls it? What happens when you take the medicines?
What all is going around in the world? What is the science
behind it? What are the side effects? What remains to be
understood is should I take the next dose of Hypertension
medicine or not? If not, what to do? This is very important.
27
of the past. Our primary goal is to prevent heart disease;
in that process, the secondary goal of reducing the Blood
Pressure is also being fulfilled. Reduction of Blood Pressure
is not important, what is important is did the energy level
increase? Did my discomfort level reduce? Can I walk for
a longer duration? When do I start panting when I climb a
three storeyed building? When can I talk properly without
panting? These are some of the important questions. If you
get a positive response to these questions, that means the
system is working. How long does it take to see the positive
response? Nearly three days.
28
CHAPTER 6
K- FACTOR
What is K Factor?
What is K factor and how to increase it? K factor is, in fact,
potassium factor. Here is the comprehensive data about the
K factor.
29
If K factor is 20, less than one percent have heart disease, for
example, Yanomamo Indians, Brazil.
If K factor is 4.9, less than one percent have heart disease, for
example, Kung people, Northern Botswana.
30
According to a report of a medical journal, the government
of Finland increased the dietary K factor of all the residents
between 1972 and 1992; as a result there was 60% reduction
in deaths due to strokes and heart attacks.

in your kitchen even now. The only thing is that you don’t
know how they work. You don’t know their importance and
how to use them.
34
range. Each tyre manufacturer specifies the range of the tyre
manufactured by him. In the similar fashion is the body of a
human being. All bodies are not the same. Some people eat
less while some people eat more depending on their appetite.
Since the bodies of all persons are not the same, in the same
way the parameters or rules also vary from person to person.
A shoe of a particular size will not fit all; it will fit only a
few people. Trying to fit your feet on shoes of different size
will cause you pain, discomfort. If you understand this, you
will know how important are the parameters or diagnosis.
Actually they are not at all important. Ever since glucometer
has arrived in the market, it has become convenient for
people to check their sugar as and when needed. The cases
of Diabetes have, in fact, increased with the diagnosis. Recall
the time 20-30 years back when we were unaware of the fact
that blood sugar could be checked and nobody used to fall
sick.
35
eating anything); you will see the blood sugar has doubled.
So increase in blood sugar does not mean you have some
disease; Like Blood Pressure, blood sugar also depends on
several factors. It can temporarily increase and then decrease
also. If you are driving a car and you need to increase the
speed of the car to 120 km/hr in order to overtake a vehicle
in front of you, that is temporary increase in speed. So this
speed is considered safe driving speed at that particular
time of overtaking. A person concentrating only on the
speedometer will feel that the car is being driven at a very
fast speed. He does not focus on the situation/circumstances
at that particular time. In the same fashion, our blood sugar
also works. A particular reading of blood sugar is because of
several related factors. Without considering those factors if
you take insulin that means you have chosen a path that is
full of pains.
36
the mind is fully occupied. We really need to come out of
these things.
Diabetes
Diabetes in itself is not a disease. Diabetes means high sugar
in the blood. Have you ever thought what is the need of
sugar in the blood? You have numerous cells in your body
and each cell needs energy to keep itself alive. Where does
that energy come from? The cells burn the sugars to produce
energy. Sugar is a source of energy. Blood puts the sugar into
cells; cells burn the sugar to produce energy which keeps you
alive. So sugar is energy. High sugar means high energy! If
the doctor says your blood sugar is 500 mg/dl that means
your energy level is very high.
37
organs would be affected immediately while some will be
affected later. This will in turn lead to heart diseases, kidney
failure, eye diseases etc and all this is Diabetes.
Diabetes Leads to
1. Cardiovascular Disease
2. Nerve Damage (Neuropathy)
3. Kidney Failure (Nephropathy )
4. Eye Damage ( Retinopathy )
5. Foot Damage ( Gangrene & Amputation)
6. Alzhiemer’s Disease
7 Cancer
8. Skin Diseases
9. Hearing Impairment
38
body, it will choke the circulatory system; it will slow down
the system which in turn will give way to diseases. This is
called Diabetes. It is, therefore essential not to circulate too
much sugar. Can we do it? Yes, it is in our own hands and we
can do it in just one day. So what is to be done in that one
day? Remember
Diabetes
NDDG, 1979 >200mg/dl
But in 1997, one more figure came from ADA and WHO that
126 mg/dl is normal fasting sugar.
39
Diabetes
ADA 1997, >126mg/dl
WHO 1999
Where did the present figures come from? Have you ever
asked the doctor about it? There is no evidence to prove that
these figures are standard figures.

China
NDDG, 1979 >200mg/dl 3.5%
ADA 1997, >126mg/dl 8%

CHAPTER 8
DAWN PHENOMENON
Let me take an example. Which sugar fasting or Post Prandial
is more normally? Of course, Post Prandial. Expectedly
fasting sugar should be less. But it is seen that people have 200
mg/dl sugar in the night and 250 mg/dl in the morning. Try
to understand this. Whatever you ate in the night, the sugar
kept circulating in your blood throughout the night. Though
you are sleeping and not working, the cells in your body still
need energy. Therefore, cells are continuously consuming the
sugar from the blood as a result the sugar in the blood is
getting reduced. The result should be reduced sugar level in
the morning but it is seen that in a good number of cases,
the sugar level is high in the morning, in comparison to the
sugar level the previous night.
41
is not a disease. But if we consider it as a disease and start
taking the medicine, this becomes disastrous.
It was before the year 2005 that sugar should be low in the
morning and more in the night but there are so many things
in the brain which we are getting to know gradually but a
42
common man or a common doctor does not know this
because he doesn’t have access to the medical journals. He
will consider that since his fasting sugar is more, he is sick.
Whereas the truth is, according to 2005 Endocrine Practise,
55% of the population demonstrates dawn phenomenon.
43
foods should he eat there. So you can clearly understand the
intention behind the book.
44
Similarly, IMA (Indian Medical Association) controls the
doctors regarding what prescription is to be given to the
patients. Thus the doctors are being controlled by bodies like
IMA, ADA etc.
ADA supports
45
CHAPTER 9
NORMAL SUGAR LEVEL
What do you mean by Normal Blood Sugar Level ?
How much blood sugar is normal and what is considered
high sugar? In order to understand this, I collected all the
trials conducted in the last 50 years or so. I listed all the trials
and according to each trial what sugar should be considered
high was mentioned against each trial. After reading all
the trials, I published a book titled Last Days of Diabetes,
46
Diabetes
PP ≥250
47
Whenever you take any medicine for Diabetes, sugar becomes
normal and it vanishes in some part of the body. The sugar
vanishes from the blood but it gets accumulated in some
part of the body either making a stone or a tumour, cancer
or it locks up within the arteries and that itself causes a high
Blood Pressure. So remember that on taking the Diabetes
medicine, no doubt reading is reduced by removing the
sugar from the blood, the extra sugar gets hidden in some
part of the body. For some people, the sugar gets hidden in
the joints thus resulting in joint pain- arthritis, pancreaitis.
Oetitis- thousands of inflammatory diseases. Did you want
these things in exchange for Diabetes?
48
CHAPTER 10
VIP DIET VS DIP DIET
The maximum percentage of Diabetes population can be
seen in Kuwait. I happened to get a chance to visit Kuwait. In
India, nearly 10% of the people are diabetic while in Kuwait
nearly 21% people are diabetic. I got a chance to compare
this population with that of Jarawas tribe in Andaman and
Nicobar Islands.
The most healthy people are Jarawas and the most sick people
are those of Kuwait. I got some support from Kuwait Medical
Association and studied them. On comparison, I found out
that the diet of Kuwait people is VIP diet. Some foods which
directly go into the blood stream breaking all the rules of the
body is called VIP diet by me. Such people, however healthy
they may be, become patients in due course of time. Jarawas
people take DIP diet. Some foods when go to our body,
analyse the body; if blood sugar is high that food will not mix
into the blood; it goes into the liver, or intestine or goes out
through the colon. When the blood sugar becomes normal
or below normal, then also it gets added to the blood drop
by drop. It does not disturb the blood homeostasis. However
sick you may be and if you are taking any medicine, if you
49
take DIP diet for 3-4 days, your Blood Pressure, blood sugar,
cholesterol will get normal in those 3-4 days time. You will
be forced to quit the dose of insulin; you will have to do away
with medicines of Blood Pressure and blood sugar failing
which you will fall all the more sick.
50
VIP diet consists of animal food and industrial food while
DIP diet contains raw fruits and vegetables.
51
How To Prepare Nut Milk?
Wash and soak 8-10 almonds in a limited amount of water for
4-6 hours. Add 200 ml water in a blender along with almonds
and one banana/ mango and blend it for 2-3 minutes. Nut
milk is ready. It contains all the nutrients required by a child
to grow.
Hunza Tea
Similarly, instead of tea, consume Hunza tea. Hunza is a
civilization near Kashmir. According to WHO, the lifespan
of people there is 100 years. Neither there is any disease nor
a hospital. Instead of packed food consume half a kg of fruits
especially citrus fruits. Avoid refined food and replace it with
400 gm raw vegetables twice a day. If you follow this, you will
be free of diseases.
52
Hunza Tea Recipe
53
VIP Diet DIP Diet
24hrs to 72hrs Diabetes
3 days to 1 week High Blood Pressure, High
Cholesterol, Intestinal
disorder
1 month Obesity, Heart Diseases
2 month Thyroid Disease`
6 month Cancer, Asthma, Arthritis
8 month Skin Disorder, Kidney
dysfunction, Liver disorder
54
CHAPTER 11
HEALTHY LIVING
Finally keep the following three steps in mind:
STEP 1:
Breakfast should be before 12 o’clock noon and it should
contain four types of different fruits. The quantity of fruit
can be calculated by this formula:
55
STEP 2:
Have lunch in two plates.
Weight in kg × 5= -----gm
First have from plate one and then have from plate two.
Remember after having plate one, gradually your appetite
will increase and you will be able to consume from plate two
also. For enjoying plate two, it may take 3-4 days for some
people.
56
The science behind this is that when you consume vegetables
(DIP diet), they spread into the inner lining of the stomach.
After this, when you consume VIP food, it also behaves as
DIP food. So what to eat, in what quantity, how to eat, in what
sequence, everything together becomes food as medicine.
All these things will help to control your blood sugar naturally.
STEP 3:
57
food, nutritional supplements, tea, coffee (especially before
lunch), and avoid eating after 8 pm. As far as snacking is
concerned, it should be
Fruits- plenty
