INTRODUCTION
Let me start by taking a coin. Suppose you are a government
agency and I am a businessman. I come to you and say that
this is a magical coin. Every time you toss it, you will get a
head, never a tail. What will be your reaction? You would
want me to prove it. What are the ways of proving it? You
don’t have the time to stand and see till the time I toss the
coin. You would say, collect all the evidences and deposit
them. The agency will see the evidence and if it is right, it will
be approved that it is such a coin which when tossed, always
gives a head. I then, get authorised to sell it anywhere in the
world. What will I do? I will collect the evidence. How would
I collect the evidence? I would toss the coin. You, very well
know the result of tossing the coin. Roughly, half of the times
I will get head and half of the times I will get tail. Now since
the evidence is to be collected, while tossing the coin I need
to do a video recording as well. I take the video recording
and submit it in the required format and show them that I
always get a head when I toss the coin. Evidence is approved
and I launch this coin and people start buying this. Is there
any chance of some confusion here? Is there any scope of
tempering? Can there be any scam? What happened half of
the times when I received a tail? I edited that and hid this
negative result. I collected all the positive results and included
only 3-4 negative results and proved that most of the times,
it is head so it can be sold as a coin which gives head 90 % of
the time. This is what is happening in the market today. The
same is the truth of medical science.

CHAPTER 1

MEDICAL TRIALS:
ARE THEY WORTH IT ?
If you visit a government website www.clinicaltrials.gov of
the US government, you will notice that whenever clinical
trials are held in the world, they are first registered. Before
the trial, you tell that you are going to conduct this trial, and
people volunteer by giving in writing that the trial can be
conducted on them for the sake of financial gains. Then the
trial of the medicine is conducted. The trial has a rule that
you have to submit in one year whatever the results may be
and get them published in a medical journal. Those who
conduct the trial are just businessmen; their work is, if trial is
successful, it will be published and the published report will
be submitted to the government, to FDO; and FDO will give
the approval on the basis of the report that it can be sold for
use by human beings and then it becomes a business. This is
the model in the world.

Whenever you want to introduce a medicine, you need to

show the clinical trial and register. When you find a new
drug, you have to prove through the trial that it is working
most of the time. So like the coin you conduct several
trials; hide the negative trials and don’t get them published.
Because you yourself are conducting the trial, the control is
in your hands. You don’t get it published but register it in
the beginning itself. Without registration, trial cannot be
conducted. While registering, you are not aware of the result.

8
If the result is negative, you don’t get it published and just
do away with it. In 2012, all trials were collected and it was
revealed that ever since FDA has been formed, 50% of the
trials have not been reported. Then those trials were tracked.
It was known that 95% of the trials are those which were not
reported since they showed negative results. If those trials
were also included then, not even a single medicine that you
know or use today, would be available in the market.

Suppose I prove that it is head, it passes the trial and starts

selling in the market and you start using it. I hid it from the
government, from FDA but actually when you use it, will you
always get a head? The result will be clear. By the time the
result is explicit, quite a good amount of time would have
passed, and I would have earned a huge amount of money,
then what would the government do is simply ban it.

The process of banning any medicine in medical industry is

quite a lengthy affair. The average time to ban a medicine
after being approved is 16-18 years. A medicine is introduced
in the market but the adverse reaction of the medicine is
reflected in 4-5 years. The adverse reaction of the medicine
you consumed today would be reflected a little today in the
form of may be loose motions or headache or stomachache
or weakness or allergy but the actual adverse reaction will be
known may be after four-five years. Till then lakhs of people
would have consumed that medicine and would be in the
grip of adverse reaction. That adverse reaction is reported
and after reporting, FDA will take a couple of years since it
has its own process. After verifying the reporting, and after

9
applying the law, and then banning the medicine, the entire
cycle takes 12-16-18 years. 18 years is a long duration to
convert a medicine into business. After that, it will become
a generic drug and will be of no interest to the company.
Till then, the company would have found out several other
medicines and marketed them. This is the truth.

All of you are taking some medicine or the other-most of

the time it is preventive medicine- for heart attack, Blood
Pressure etc. Here I would like to say is that you are alive
not because you are taking the medicine; I am surprised that
even after taking the medicine you are alive. I see that the
patients, who approach me, have been taking 19- 20 tablets
for the last 10 years or so, I am surprised that they are still
alive.

We have three days here for interaction. Three days are

enough to get the result. For example, today on the first
day, we have the topic Diabetes and Hypertension-cure
through lifestyle modification. If today, you quit the
medicines for Diabetes or Blood Pressure, which you
have been taking for the last 10 or 15 or 20 years, what
will happen? If you do so, the companies will close down.
I can assure you that nothing else will happen.

10
CHAPTER 2

HYPERTENSION
OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?

Just understand that since you have been taking a particular

medicine for the last so many years- your body has adjusted
itself according to that particular medicine. You don’t
need those medicines; since you have been taking them
for so long, your body has readjusted itself. For instance,
if you continue taking insulin, your body will reduce the
production of insulin since you are already taking it. In order
to accommodate the external source of insulin, the body
reduces the production of insulin. Since the production is
reduced and at this time, if you stop taking external insulin,
it may cause a little discomfort to your body. That is why
quitting the medicines is an art. You should quit taking these
medicines by informing your body.

Do you know that human being is the only animal who is

often sick? Have you ever seen a cat suffering from a heart
attack? Or a dog having Diabetes or a cow suffering from high
Blood Pressure? All these diseases are for human beings; only
a human being suffers from these. 100 years ago, there was
no Diabetes, no high cholesterol; there was nothing called
Hypertension. By 1940s or so, a few cases of heart attack were
noticed.

11
As the diseases come to the fore, Science finds the answers
to them in the form of medicines- which could provide
immediate relief or be a solution. So as the heart diseases
increased, the search for its cure in the form of medicines also
increased. In 1942, North Western University of America-
a 150 year old university invented a medicine. Before the
introduction of the medicine in the market, it has to be tried
on someone before being tried on human beings. It has to be
tried on animals. But if is tried on healthy animals, we will
not get any answer; we need to find those animals who suffer
from heart disease. Researchers at North Western University
of America could not find a single animal that had a heart
disease.

India has the maximum number of heart patients in the world.

According to WHO, out of 100, 60 patients, who die of heart
attack, are Indians. This made the scientists realise that there
is something in the Indian soil which leads to heart diseases
so probably it would be easier for the Indian monkeys also to
get a heart disease. Therefore, 15 monkeys were imported to
India and it was decided to keep them in the human lifestyle
so that they also suffer from heart disease. They can then be
given medicine and tested.

Thus the lifestyle of monkeys changed. They started getting

tea and biscuits in the morning. After that bread and then
pakodas, noodles, chappatis – the same lifestyle that human
beings have. This continued for several years. By the time it was
1952, not even a single monkey got a heart disease. Scientists
felt bad and were quite upset. They started threatening the
monkeys, kept them awake in the night and by 1957, one

12
monkey got a heart attack. Scientists were very happy at the
fact that they have succeeded in getting at least one monkey
a heart attack. That means, occurrence of heart disease or
heart attack in animals is near to impossible while in human
beings- every third human being dies of heart attack.

13
CHAPTER 3

ARE DIABETES AND

HYPERTENSION DISEASES?
Coming over to Diabetes and Hypertension- these are not
diseases at all. Hypertension means Blood Pressure is a little
above the normal number and this is called Hypertension.
Blood sugar or Diabetes means one number above the
normal sugar reading, irrespective of how the health is. Your
health may be good or bad but if the reading is one above the
normal reading, it is called Diabetes. It has been noticed that
people whose reading of blood sugar is one above the normal
for longer duration of times, their chances of heart diseases
also increase. Thus Hypertension, Diabetes themselves
are not diseases but their presence in the body for longer
durations may result in heart disease, kidney failure, eye
defects etc. Therefore it is necessary to keep them in check by
confining to a particular reading. This is the present criteria
or the present consensus.

Remember that there are two things- what works on our

body and what is correct conventionally; both can or cannot
be one. This is decided by just one person and that is you
yourself because it is your health. Only one person remains
with you all the time and that is you yourself. So more than
you, nobody can say anything about your health- no monitor,
no machine, no doctor. Suppose you have headache, which
MRI will say that you have a headache? You yourself will tell

14
that you have a headache. If a doctor says you don’t have a
headache, but you say you have, then whom would you listen
to? Obviously you yourself. So the power of diagnosis lies
with that human being who resides in you. Nobody else can
diagnose. Somebody can give a reading but that reading can
be misleading. If you start taking medicine on the basis of
that reading, you have already chosen a path to illness. How
that path is chosen, I will explain by giving you an example.

A Tale of Medical Class /Studies

I was invited to deliver a lecture in a medical college in
Malaysia named Mahasa- the biggest medical college of
Malaysia. I reached a little earlier there and a lecture was
already being delivered by a Professor on the same topic.
How they are taught, how we invite diseases for ourselves,
you will learn here.

Good morning friends! Today I welcome you all to the first

day of medical college and you are going to learn about the
medicine and we are going to start with Hypertension or
high Blood Pressure. High Blood Pressure is very common
these days and we are going to talk about the medicines-
there are several medicines but we are going to talk about
one particular medicine- Diuretics- which is considered very
safe. The discomfort is very less and as soon as this medicine
is given, the Blood Pressure becomes normal at once. There
are a few side effects of Diuretics- a patient may have erectile
dysfunction, impotency, abnormal rhythms, palpitations,
nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, joint pain, lethargy,

15
tiredness, weakness but there is no need to worry. If a patient
complains of impotency, Viagra can be given but even after
taking Viagra there are a few side effects- like weakness,
headache, dizziness, running nose, indigestion etc.

If a patient complains of headache after taking Viagra, he

can be given Paracetamol. Even Paracetamol may lead to
constipation or allergy, for which some other medicine can
be provided. The doctors have a solution for every problem
in the form of medicine. For instance, for indigestion, Zantac
can be recommended and even after Zantac, a patient may
complain of insomnia, diarrohea, nausea or constipation, but
again some medicine can be recommended. In the same way,
for a person suffering from abnormal rhythm, pronestyl can
be given which may result in diarohhea or loss of appetite.
If he comes with the complaint of loss of appetite, he can be

16
given Imodium. With Imodium, along with constipation and
dizziness, patient may have abdominal pain, vomiting and
nausea. So in this way, the list of medicines keeps increasing
and at the end of the day, the patient himself forgets for
which problem did he consult a doctor? He just remembers
the medicines to be taken in the morning, afternoon, night
and mid night. He thus starts taking medicines as food- day
and night and feels that he is protected because of these
medicines. This is enough for you to understand that you
yourself have invited the problem.

As I told you in the beginning that the analysis of all the

medicines that you are taking or you know of, shows that
the negative part or tail part of 50 % of these medicines is
hidden and that is why these medicines are flourishing in
the market. When people take these medicines, there will be
adverse reaction and this is reported. After reporting, it will
goes to FDA; Law checks them and then after 18-20 years
these medicines are banned. It is as if you are a guinea pig
and a business is being run and you are a part of that. So
taking modern medicine is very irresponsible thing today.
It is irresponsibility on our own health. You are sick because
you started on a very wrong note.

17
CHAPTER 4

WHAT IS THE NEED

FOR MEASURING
BLOOD PRESSURE?
Blood Pressure is not something that needs to be measured
or which should be measured; this is going to be very
misleading. Your right hand will have a different reading;
your left hand will have a different reading; If your body
experiences some discomfort, it itself will inform and then
Blood Pressure can be measured.

In a conventional setting, high Blood Pressure leads to heart

disease and risk of brain stroke? or risk of brain stroke and
heart disease lead to high Blood Pressure? If you consult a
doctor, he will say high Blood Pressure leads to heart disease
and risk of brain stroke.

How Blood Pressure occurs? In order to understand this,

imagine that you have a pipe. You fit it onto a tap. You turn
on the tap and water passes through the pipe. If you press
the pipe in the middle, what happens? Water pressure will
increase or decrease? It will increase. The lesser the diameter,
the more will be the water pressure. Now let’s consider water
as blood. The rule is the same. Blood passes through the
blood vessels. Heart also has blood vessels but the diameter
of blood vessels is less because there is blockage all over.
Since the diameter is less, the Blood Pressure will increase.

18
By taking medication, Blood Pressure is reduced but do you
think there is any change in the blockage? No. So if Blood
Pressure is high that means there is blockage, which is not
good. We think that by reducing Blood Pressure, the risk is
also reduced. This is not true at all. High Blood Pressure (if
lasts for a longer duration) is an indication that heart has
some problem; there is blockage. By reducing the Blood
Pressure by medication, you don’t get rid of the blockage; you
don’t end the cause.

How to reduce Blood Pressure ?

So first theory is right that since it is high Blood Pressure,
reduce it. But the way to reduce is not correct. You need to
work on this. You must ask the doctor if the medicine that
he has prescribed will reduce the cause. Unless you know the
cause, you cannot provide the solution. So first find out the
cause and then get rid of that cause. You will get the cure.

If we think that the Blood Pressure should remain within a

certain range that is not possible. It is seen that very healthy
people, who do their regular household chores by themselves,
say that their Blood Pressure is high. The glucometer is
showing it. Here I would suggest that use the technology but
don’t be dependent on technology. Trust another technology
that is your brain, your body. You should not ignore this
technology, which is far superior than any other technology;
it should rather accompany the other technology.

Should we rely on mere reading?

Here I would like to bring home an important point that you

19
should not rely on mere reading; keep in mind how you are
feeling? Do you feel energetic? If yes, then the reading can be
anything. But if you don’t feel well or energetic, it is a cause
of concern. Let us take an example. Norwegian people live
for longer time. They live for 80 years and the average Blood
Pressure of a Norwegian is 150/90 mm Hg.

Average Blood Pressure ≥ 150/90

of a Norwegian

Amongst the longest

80 yrs
living country

If a doctor or two from India go to Norway, they would say

that medication should be given to all Norwegians because
their Blood Pressures are high, they are going to get brain
stroke soon. Their Blood Pressures should be reduced to
120/80 mm Hg.

According to the Journal of American Medical Association

2013, implementation of the present European guidelines
of Blood Pressure 140/90 mm Hg would label 76% of
Norwegian adults as having high Blood Pressure and suitable
for drug treatment, though the fact is that Norwegians are
the longest living people in the world. How does it matter,
what the number is? The instrument shows 150 but you live
for 100 years, it shows 120, but you fall sick at 25-30 years of
age. So number is not important. If there is some problem,
your body will reflect it and then to cross verify, the number
becomes important. It is the same as Google map is important

20
but your mind is more important than that.

As far as the Blood Pressure standards are concerned, they

have changed over the years. Today, 120/80 mm Hg is
considered normal. Before 1997, the Blood Pressure that
was considered normal was 60/100 mm Hg. 1997 onwards
140/90 mm Hg was considered normal. Within the next few
months, 115/75 mm Hg would be considered normal. The
day it becomes 115/75 mm Hg, that person will be healthy
Blood Pressure Std.
Before 1997 160/100
1997 onwards 140/90
Now 120/80
Within next few months 115/75

who would not get his Blood Pressure checked. Whoever

will get his Blood Pressure checked will come back sick and
return with medicines. So if you want to remain healthy, first
mantra is don’t get your Blood Pressure checked. It is very
misleading that whatever is available for free is fine. Knee
replacement 1+1 free, angioplasty 1+1 free, health check up
free. The word free lures everyone and we are caught in the
grip of medicines. You get your Blood Pressure checked up
and its 150/90 mm Hg, the doctor would say that you are
very sick, I am surprised how you walked to the hospital.
You may get heart attack or brain stroke any time. But you
feel perfect. The doctor will try to confuse you. So in order
to bring in transformation, the level of awareness has to be

21
increased even in the family- everywhere. Everyone has to
take the responsibility. Everybody has to understand that
health is something you are living with it round the clock.
This is the most important education. Wrong education gives
rise to problems.

22
CHAPTER 5

THE FAMOUS JARAWAS

In Andaman and Nicobar Islands, there is one tribe called

Jarawas. They cannot move out from that area nor can we go
there. They are given special protection by the government.
There I met a doctor R C Kar, who has been appointed by
government of India to look after them and he has been living
with those tribals for the last 20 years or so. I enquired about
their Blood Pressure and he told me 100/60 mm Hg and they
are without any illness- no heart disease, no Diabetes, no
brain stroke in the last 20 years. The point that I am trying
to drive home is that people who have 150/90 mm Hg Blood
Pressure are human beings and people who have 100/60 mm
Hg Blood Pressure are also human beings. Both types of
people are healthy. So what is the parameter? At what Blood
Pressure should we consider a human being healthy? This is
quite confusing. Think for a while. If two doctors from your
town are appointed here, they will try to bring the Blood
Pressure to normal level. Remember, a doctor works on the
basis of his limited knowledge. As explained to you in the
beginning itself through the example of coin that 50% of the
medical trials are hidden- they are not accessible either to the
government or the doctor. When there is no access to the
trial, his knowledge is also incomplete and he treats on the
basis of his incomplete knowledge. It is not his fault because
his knowledge is limited. Modern medicine is thus, quite

23
imperfect. Deriving treatment from such medicines is risky
because you are unsure of the result of taking that medicine.

Science behind BP Medicine

What is your Blood Pressure now is decided by the brain,
heart, kidney, liver and lungs. All these organs contribute
towards the actual Blood Pressure. These organs release their
own hormones such as Ephinephrine, Aldosterone, rennin,
Angiotensinogen and Ace respectively which together
decide the Blood Pressure at that particular time, which is

good for your health and perfect for the particular task that
you are going to perform. But if you take a medicine, the
calculation of these organs goes wrong. Taking medicine is
like a new car that is launched in the market and it has a
new feature that along with the driver seat, passenger seats
are also fitted with steering wheels. How does it sound? If
a passenger wants to go somewhere, he will steer the wheel

24
accordingly without asking the driver and this will be really
very dangerous. However big a car, or a train or an aeroplane
may be, the control is in one hand the driver or the pilot.
Driver has to be one. If the drivers are more in number,
accidents will take place. What I am trying to emphasize is
that all these organs in your body together form one driver-
that is you. These drive every moment, what should be your
Blood Pressure but by taking the medicines, you are trying to
be one with the passenger steering. This is quite dangerous.
You just cannot give the steering of your own body (car) in
the hands of the doctor or by taking a medicine, as you would
not permit anyone to have another steering in your car. The
danger is equal in both the cases. In the case of a car, first
accident will take place and then the person will die but in
the case of your body, you will be damaged since your body
is your vehicle.

Thus reducing the Blood Pressure by taking medicines is not

a science at all.

Any drug interfering with the Blood Pressure

Mechanism will cause Erectile Dysfunction

Review of all the studies till 1986

25
It is a fluke, a fortuity. If you are taking the medicines for
Blood Pressure, you are very brave; and alive too.

26
So now you understand what is Blood Pressure and who
controls it? What happens when you take the medicines?
What all is going around in the world? What is the science
behind it? What are the side effects? What remains to be
understood is should I take the next dose of Hypertension
medicine or not? If not, what to do? This is very important.

The Tarahumara Indian

There are several types of people in the world. I take an
example of Tarahumara Indians. They reside in Sierra Madre
Mountains, North Mexico and no death due to heart disease
or brain stroke or heart attack has been seen in them, as
reported in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition 1978.
This is not the only place in the world; there are other places
in the world like Jarawas where there are no heart diseases.

In India, in Bhopal and Delhi, the death rate due to heart

disease is 33%; that is, every third person dies of heart
disease. Even Tarahumara are also Indians, who neither have
nor had heart disease. So you don’t have to protect yourself
from high Blood Pressure but from heart disease. What is the
cause of high Blood Pressure? Blockage. You need to remove
the blockage. Once the blockage is reduced, Blood Pressure
becomes normal. How to remove the blockage so that the
Blood Pressure is reduced naturally? How would you know
that the blockage is removed? Obviously, your energy level
will increase. If you are able to work for longer durations
without panting or climb the stairs without taking a break,
it is an indication that the blockage has been removed. This
is the diagnosis. Compare your present energy level to that

27
of the past. Our primary goal is to prevent heart disease;
in that process, the secondary goal of reducing the Blood
Pressure is also being fulfilled. Reduction of Blood Pressure
is not important, what is important is did the energy level
increase? Did my discomfort level reduce? Can I walk for
a longer duration? When do I start panting when I climb a
three storeyed building? When can I talk properly without
panting? These are some of the important questions. If you
get a positive response to these questions, that means the
system is working. How long does it take to see the positive
response? Nearly three days.

28
CHAPTER 6
K- FACTOR

It is worth mentioning here that Tarahumara Indians run in

the morning till evening like horses; they don’t get tired. It is
also noticed that Tarahumara Indians and other populations
who don’t have heart diseases have more of K factor. Those
people whose K factor is more don’t have heart disease but
those whose K factor is less, suffer from heart disease. So all
you need to do is to increase your K factor.

What is K Factor?
What is K factor and how to increase it? K factor is, in fact,
potassium factor. Here is the comprehensive data about the
K factor.

29
If K factor is 20, less than one percent have heart disease, for
example, Yanomamo Indians, Brazil.

If K factor is 4.9, less than one percent have heart disease, for
example, Kung people, Northern Botswana.

If K factor is 1.41, 2% have heart disease, for example,

vegetarians in Tel Aviv.

If K factor is 1.04, 26 % have heart disease, for example, non

vegetarians in Tel Aviv.

If K factor is 0.39, 27% have heart disease, for example, Blacks

and whites in Evans country, Georgia.

If K factor is 0.36, 33% have heart disease, for example,

residents of Northern Japan.

In simple words, if K factor is increased, heart diseases will

reduce.

30
According to a report of a medical journal, the government
of Finland increased the dietary K factor of all the residents
between 1972 and 1992; as a result there was 60% reduction
in deaths due to strokes and heart attacks.

We have so many cells in our body. These cells contain

several minerals and the two important minerals are sodium
and potassium. These together remain constant. If sodium
increases, potassium decreases and vice versa. But the total
content remains the same.

If K factor is increased that means potassium will have to

be increased and sodium will have to be reduced. Now
the question is how to do it? For this, we should consume
potassium rich foods and avoid sodium rich foods. How do
you find out whether the food has more sodium or more
potassium? There is just one rule. God made foods such as
100 gm of tomato (3 mg sodium), cucumber (6 mg sodium),
lettuce leaf (9 mg sodium), apple (0.75 mg sodium), banana
(0.5 mg sodium), orange (0.6 mg sodium) are rich in
potassium while 100 gm of man-made foods such as biscuits,
muffins, bread, doughnut, burgers etc contain 450 mg, 600

CHAPTER 7

GOD MADE FOOD

The rule is before eating, see the food, if it is man-made or

God made. If it is God made, then have it and by doing, so
your Blood Pressure will reduce and you will be forced to
stop the intake of Blood Pressure medicines.

The science that is presented here is not new. Very high

potassium and very low sodium should be present in your
diet. If you start consuming the food provided by your Maker,
you will not suffer from any disease, and if you already suffer,
you will be cured of that. It is the same as you use the nuts
and bolts made by the same company so that they fit into
each other. If you use nuts of a one company and bolts of
another company, they may not fit into each other; it may
create problems. So let your kitchen be your hospital.

God made things cure every illness on the Earth. It is not

that you won’t fall sick. You will. Instead of rushing to the
hospital, rush to your kitchen because it has all the things
which can cure any illness permanently. I am not talking of
lifestyle diseases but emergency medicines.

In lifestyle diseases, you can take care of the food items-

for example- heart attack, any injury-external or internal,
internal bleeding- those which you feel can be cured by
modern medicine while the truth is that all these are available

33
in your kitchen even now. The only thing is that you don’t
know how they work. You don’t know their importance and
how to use them.

Let your kitchen be your hospital

Look at this tyre.

If the air pressure is more in this, then also there is a problem

and if air pressure is less, then also it’s a problem. When
this tyre was made by a particular company, you were given
a figure that if the air pressure of each tyre is kept between
a particular range, it will last for a longer duration. You
understand this very well and ensure that the air pressure
is maintained within the specified limits. The air pressure of
each tyre is different. All cannot have the same number or

34
range. Each tyre manufacturer specifies the range of the tyre
manufactured by him. In the similar fashion is the body of a
human being. All bodies are not the same. Some people eat
less while some people eat more depending on their appetite.
Since the bodies of all persons are not the same, in the same
way the parameters or rules also vary from person to person.
A shoe of a particular size will not fit all; it will fit only a
few people. Trying to fit your feet on shoes of different size
will cause you pain, discomfort. If you understand this, you
will know how important are the parameters or diagnosis.
Actually they are not at all important. Ever since glucometer
has arrived in the market, it has become convenient for
people to check their sugar as and when needed. The cases
of Diabetes have, in fact, increased with the diagnosis. Recall
the time 20-30 years back when we were unaware of the fact
that blood sugar could be checked and nobody used to fall
sick.

Today Diabetes type 1 is prevalent even in very small children.

You will be surprised to know that even a two month old child
suffers from Diabetes type 1. That means she needs to take
insulin after every meal. Let me tell you that nobody in this
world requires insulin not in any condition. But if somebody
has been taking insulin for the last so many years, the body
manages accordingly; body reduces or stops making those
hormones; the pancreas factory gets locked that means the
production of insulin is stopped. The person then becomes
insulin dependent.

Let’s perform an experiment. Check your blood sugar. Then

see a horror movie. Check the blood sugar again (without

35
eating anything); you will see the blood sugar has doubled.
So increase in blood sugar does not mean you have some
disease; Like Blood Pressure, blood sugar also depends on
several factors. It can temporarily increase and then decrease
also. If you are driving a car and you need to increase the
speed of the car to 120 km/hr in order to overtake a vehicle
in front of you, that is temporary increase in speed. So this
speed is considered safe driving speed at that particular
time of overtaking. A person concentrating only on the
speedometer will feel that the car is being driven at a very
fast speed. He does not focus on the situation/circumstances
at that particular time. In the same fashion, our blood sugar
also works. A particular reading of blood sugar is because of
several related factors. Without considering those factors if
you take insulin that means you have chosen a path that is
full of pains.

Remember that the Creator has sent you on this planet

with some balance- Blood Pressure balance, sodium
potassium balance, blood sugar balance, cholesterol balance,
temperature balance- at one particular temperature and
pressure, at a particular blood sugar, we can perform well.
When the tyre is in a particular pressure range, it performs
well. Whatever its pressure may be, the tyre will work but for
a short while. But how much should be the pressure, blood
sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, uric acid- all these terms
came into being some 15 years back. Now every year, 2-3
terms are being introduced and make the people aware- let
us say uric acid should be this much and so on meaning that

36
the mind is fully occupied. We really need to come out of
these things.

Diabetes
Diabetes in itself is not a disease. Diabetes means high sugar
in the blood. Have you ever thought what is the need of
sugar in the blood? You have numerous cells in your body
and each cell needs energy to keep itself alive. Where does
that energy come from? The cells burn the sugars to produce
energy. Sugar is a source of energy. Blood puts the sugar into
cells; cells burn the sugar to produce energy which keeps you
alive. So sugar is energy. High sugar means high energy! If
the doctor says your blood sugar is 500 mg/dl that means
your energy level is very high.

Let us understand the human circulatory system. It is 60000

km to 100000 km long. If the blood vessels, arteries, veins
and capillaries- all are put in a line, they would reach 100000
km and blood flows through them. Blood as a transportation
system- transports oxygen, sugar, nutrition and waste
material. The way a transportation system is spread in our
city or town, in the similar fashion, a transportation system
is spread in our body. In order to run the transport system
efficiently, there is a management which controls the sugar
level. If there are more number of vehicles in the city, the
transport system will become slow. In the same way, if the
level of sugar increases in our body, the transportation system
of our body becomes slow, resulting in the slow movement of
nutrition, oxygen, waste material- thereby affecting the heart,
kidney, eyes, lungs- in fact all the organs of the body. Some

37
organs would be affected immediately while some will be
affected later. This will in turn lead to heart diseases, kidney
failure, eye diseases etc and all this is Diabetes.

Diabetes Leads to
1. Cardiovascular Disease
2. Nerve Damage (Neuropathy)
3. Kidney Failure (Nephropathy )
4. Eye Damage ( Retinopathy )
5. Foot Damage ( Gangrene & Amputation)
6. Alzhiemer’s Disease
7 Cancer
8. Skin Diseases
9. Hearing Impairment

Here the question arises. What sugar level should be

considered high? Let me try to explain by giving my own
example. My body weight is 70 kg. If all the blood is taken
out from my body, it will be five liters. I take a drop of blood
and put it on the glucometer and see that the sugar is 200.
That means one liter of my blood contains 2 gm sugar so in
all, I have 10 gram sugar in my blood. I take a drop of blood
from your body and test it on glucometer and the reading
is 100. That means you have 1 gm sugar in one liter blood.
This is what the reading means. Since I have 5 liters of blood
in my body that means I have 10 gram sugar in my body. If
we squeeze all sugar from the body, we will get just 10 gram
sugar. If some nutrient is more than the required level in the

38
body, it will choke the circulatory system; it will slow down
the system which in turn will give way to diseases. This is
called Diabetes. It is, therefore essential not to circulate too
much sugar. Can we do it? Yes, it is in our own hands and we
can do it in just one day. So what is to be done in that one
day? Remember

Normal blood sugar= less diseases

High blood sugar= more diseases

Normally medical science says that a human being is not

healthy- he is diabetic or pre diabetic; Hypertension or pre
Hypertension- medicine is to be taken in both the cases. You
are not healthy in either case. Either you are sick or going to
fall sick so take the medicine.

We should know the normal sugar. Till 1979, it was known

that sugar should be normal but how much sugar should be
normal was not known. A reading was given in 1979 that 200
mg/dl is considered normal sugar. So 2 gram sugar started to
be considered normal, since it was seen that those who had
more than 2 gm sugar in their one liter blood were the ones
who were often sick.

Diabetes
NDDG, 1979 >200mg/dl

But in 1997, one more figure came from ADA and WHO that
126 mg/dl is normal fasting sugar.

39
Diabetes
ADA 1997, >126mg/dl
WHO 1999

One more figure came in 2003 according to which 100 mg/

dl is pre diabetic. In 2010, 2-3 figures were added- fasting,
post prandial, HbA1C. If not caught here, then may be there.
You undergo so many tests; you will definitely fall into the
trap somewhere or the other, making the person sick of
everything. He will be forced to consider that he is diabetic.
These figures of 2010 continue even today.

Where did the present figures come from? Have you ever
asked the doctor about it? There is no evidence to prove that
these figures are standard figures.

CHAPTER 8

DAWN PHENOMENON
Let me take an example. Which sugar fasting or Post Prandial
is more normally? Of course, Post Prandial. Expectedly
fasting sugar should be less. But it is seen that people have 200
mg/dl sugar in the night and 250 mg/dl in the morning. Try
to understand this. Whatever you ate in the night, the sugar
kept circulating in your blood throughout the night. Though
you are sleeping and not working, the cells in your body still
need energy. Therefore, cells are continuously consuming the
sugar from the blood as a result the sugar in the blood is
getting reduced. The result should be reduced sugar level in
the morning but it is seen that in a good number of cases,
the sugar level is high in the morning, in comparison to the
sugar level the previous night.

The reason is dawn phenomenon. The sugar keeps reducing

in the night but in the wee hours of the morning, the brain
senses very low sugar level and directs the liver (which has
stored sugar in it) to supply some sugar to the blood so that
when a person wakes up, he is quite energetic. Till the time
you take breakfast, your body works on that sugar from the
liver. This is called dawn phenomenon. It is not a disease-
when the sugar gets low, the brain directs the liver to supply
some sugar to blood so that the person doesn’t feel exhausted;
rather he feels energetic. Here your brain or rather your body
is helping to put all the routine activities in place. So this

41
is not a disease. But if we consider it as a disease and start
taking the medicine, this becomes disastrous.

When you check the blood sugar of one drop of blood, it

is not the blood sugar of the entire body but of that drop
of blood. Try to understand this. That single drop of blood
cannot decide whether you need the medicines or not. Take
an example. Get the blood sugar level of a drop of blood from
each finger tested. You will see that the blood sugar of a drop
of blood from each finger would be different. What I am
trying to say is that it is not a great science that considering
it as a base you start taking the medicines. You will never be
healthy that way. I would like to tell you that high blood sugar
may be harmful but taking insulin may be very harmful,
much more harmful then the high blood sugar itself.

If you listen to my advice, you will have to drop the intake of

insulin by 50 % today itself because by following my advice,
your body will start making insulin. If you continue to take
the same amount of insulin, it will result in hyperglycemia,
which in turn may lead to death. Hence it is essential to
monitor the sugar.

Checking your blood sugar with a drop of blood is quite

dangerous. I would suggest prevent yourself from taking
medicines or insulin. How you can prevent yourself from
medicines, know here.

It was before the year 2005 that sugar should be low in the
morning and more in the night but there are so many things
in the brain which we are getting to know gradually but a

42
common man or a common doctor does not know this
because he doesn’t have access to the medical journals. He
will consider that since his fasting sugar is more, he is sick.
Whereas the truth is, according to 2005 Endocrine Practise,
55% of the population demonstrates dawn phenomenon.

What we follow in India is ADA- American Diabetic

Association. ADA is funded or controlled by the following
companies which make medicines for Diabetes: Astra
Zeneca, Boehringer, Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Eli Lily,
GlaxoSmithKline, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Johnson and
Johnson Diabetes, Solutions, Merck, Novo Nordisk, Pfizer,
Sanof. They have just one goal and that is to convert the
entire world population into Diabetes patients.
Funded/Controlled by

ADA launched a book a few years back

that talks about how Diabetes patient
should eat food especially when they go
out. The book, which is easily available on
ADA website and on Amazon, talks about
the restaurants which a diabetic must visit
and when he visits those restaurants, what

43
foods should he eat there. So you can clearly understand the
intention behind the book.

44
Similarly, IMA (Indian Medical Association) controls the
doctors regarding what prescription is to be given to the
patients. Thus the doctors are being controlled by bodies like
IMA, ADA etc.

CHAPTER 9
NORMAL SUGAR LEVEL
What do you mean by Normal Blood Sugar Level ?
How much blood sugar is normal and what is considered
high sugar? In order to understand this, I collected all the
trials conducted in the last 50 years or so. I listed all the trials
and according to each trial what sugar should be considered
high was mentioned against each trial. After reading all
the trials, I published a book titled Last Days of Diabetes,

which concludes that 250 mg/dl is considered high sugar,

irrespective of fasting or PP. If without taking any medicine,
you sugar level is below 250 mg/dl, then it is considered
normal sugar.

46
Diabetes
PP ≥250

But patients want the reading; they panicked at 250 mg/

dl. A good news came for Diabetes patients. On March 6,
2018, ACP guidelines changed. For the first time in medical
history, it was revealed that if without taking the medicine,
blood sugar is below 250 mg/dl, it is considered normal.
ACP refers to American College of Professional Doctors and
it is the highest authority of Diabetes. Do you think your
doctor will tell you about this guideline? If he does so, nearly
70% of the patients will have to quit medicine. It has not
been implemented because the sale of Diabetes medicines
will reduce by 70% as 70% of the so called patients will not
be patients. So if your blood sugar remains below 250 mg/
dl, no need to worry; you are not diabetic. If it is above 250
mg/dl (without medicine), then you are diabetic. It can be
considered high sugar. If high sugar remains for long time
may be a few months, years, you may develop heart problem.

Risk factor RRI

Cardio Vascular 1.05

Heart Failure 1.03
Amputation 1.04

47
Whenever you take any medicine for Diabetes, sugar becomes
normal and it vanishes in some part of the body. The sugar
vanishes from the blood but it gets accumulated in some
part of the body either making a stone or a tumour, cancer
or it locks up within the arteries and that itself causes a high
Blood Pressure. So remember that on taking the Diabetes
medicine, no doubt reading is reduced by removing the
sugar from the blood, the extra sugar gets hidden in some
part of the body. For some people, the sugar gets hidden in
the joints thus resulting in joint pain- arthritis, pancreaitis.
Oetitis- thousands of inflammatory diseases. Did you want
these things in exchange for Diabetes?

When you get Arthritis or joint pain, or high Blood Pressure,

you rush to the doctor and doctor would never tell you
that this is the effect of the Diabetes medicine; instead he
will provide you an additional medicine for that particular
ailment. Try to understand that Diabetes medicine just
reduces the number, not the disease; it does not throw the
sugar out of the body; sugar remains in the body only. The
presence of sugar whether in the blood, or heart or in the
kidney will do just one work- that is make you sick. The
solution lies in somehow throwing the excess sugar out of
the body. How would you do that?

48
CHAPTER 10
VIP DIET VS DIP DIET
The maximum percentage of Diabetes population can be
seen in Kuwait. I happened to get a chance to visit Kuwait. In
India, nearly 10% of the people are diabetic while in Kuwait
nearly 21% people are diabetic. I got a chance to compare
this population with that of Jarawas tribe in Andaman and
Nicobar Islands.

Risk factor Jarawas

VIP Diet DIP Diet

The most healthy people are Jarawas and the most sick people
are those of Kuwait. I got some support from Kuwait Medical
Association and studied them. On comparison, I found out
that the diet of Kuwait people is VIP diet. Some foods which
directly go into the blood stream breaking all the rules of the
body is called VIP diet by me. Such people, however healthy
they may be, become patients in due course of time. Jarawas
people take DIP diet. Some foods when go to our body,
analyse the body; if blood sugar is high that food will not mix
into the blood; it goes into the liver, or intestine or goes out
through the colon. When the blood sugar becomes normal
or below normal, then also it gets added to the blood drop
by drop. It does not disturb the blood homeostasis. However
sick you may be and if you are taking any medicine, if you

49
take DIP diet for 3-4 days, your Blood Pressure, blood sugar,
cholesterol will get normal in those 3-4 days time. You will
be forced to quit the dose of insulin; you will have to do away
with medicines of Blood Pressure and blood sugar failing
which you will fall all the more sick.

How DIP Diet Works?

Whenever you eat food, your stomach produces a chemical
called incretin. It is a hormone which acts like a traffic
policeman. Our food contains some drivers in the form
of live enzymes. These enzymes understand the signal of
incretin hormone and decide where the food has to enter-
blood, liver or colon. Packed juices contain many nutrients
but they are devoid of live enzymes. What we do we kill
the drivers/enzymes in the food by cooking/roasting them.
A driverless car may be very dangerous on the road; in
the similar fashion, a food without driver too may be very
dangerous for our body. So before eating any food, just check
if it has the driver in it in the form of enzymes. If there are
enzymes, you need not worry about the blood sugar or Blood
Pressure. If driver in the food is missing, no worry may help.
So if a driver in the food is present, it is called DIP diet and
if the driver in the food is missing, it is called VIP diet.

VIP Diet DIP Diet

1. Animal Food 1. Fruits

2. Industrial Food 2. Vegetables

50
VIP diet consists of animal food and industrial food while
DIP diet contains raw fruits and vegetables.

Any product obtained from animals like meat, milk,

buttermilk, curd is animal food. If you consume animal
food, you will get Diabetes, Blood Pressure etc because it is
driverless food. Any food that undergoes processing in the
factories before reaching you is industrial food. If you start
taking DIP diet, you will start getting rid of tumours, kidney
stones and many other ailments. This is nothing new; it is
already mentioned in the medical journals.

Henceforth instead of cold drink (VIP diet), start consuming

coconut water (DIP diet)- the best mineral water in the
world made by God. Coconut water contains the highest
quantity of potassium. Instead of cow milk have nut milk.
Milk is good not for human beings but for the calves. If ever
you come across a Diabetes patient, advise him to stop the
consumption of milk and as a result, his insulin requirement
will reduce by at least 30%. So dairy products are not poison
but they make plaques in the body.

How To Prepare Nut Milk?
Wash and soak 8-10 almonds in a limited amount of water for
4-6 hours. Add 200 ml water in a blender along with almonds
and one banana/ mango and blend it for 2-3 minutes. Nut
milk is ready. It contains all the nutrients required by a child
to grow.

How to Make Nut Milk

Take 8 to 10 almonds .
Wash and soak them for 4 to 6 hrs in a limited
water.
Now add 200 ml water in a blender along with
almonds and blend it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Nut milk is ready to drink .

Hunza Tea
Similarly, instead of tea, consume Hunza tea. Hunza is a
civilization near Kashmir. According to WHO, the lifespan
of people there is 100 years. Neither there is any disease nor
a hospital. Instead of packed food consume half a kg of fruits
especially citrus fruits. Avoid refined food and replace it with
400 gm raw vegetables twice a day. If you follow this, you will
be free of diseases.

Former USA President Bill Clinton

Here, I would like to bring to your notice the example of Mr.
Bill Clinton. In 2004, he underwent four bypass surgeries;
in 2005, he underwent lungs surgery; in 2010, he had two
Angioplasties. He fell so sick that there seemed little hope
of his survival. He was brought on to this kind of food (DIP
diet), as a result till today, he hasn’t fallen sick, he doesn’t
need any medicines; he hasn’t been hospitalised either. Today
he travels all over the world; in fact he is more active, more
handsome, more energetic than when he was the President.

Based on Dr T Colin’s book The China Study- the world’s

biggest research on nutrition, it may take 24 hours to 72
hours to get rid of medicines, if you follow the DIP diet.

53
VIP Diet DIP Diet

High Blood Pressure, high cholesterol and intestinal order

may take three days to one week time. Obesity, Heart
diseases may take nearly one month. Thyroid may take two
months; Cancer, Asthma, Arthritis may take six months;
Skin disorders, kidney dysfunction may take eight months.
For some ailments, the effect is quick while for others, it may
take a longer duration.

54
CHAPTER 11

HEALTHY LIVING
Finally keep the following three steps in mind:

STEP 1:
Breakfast should be before 12 o’clock noon and it should
contain four types of different fruits. The quantity of fruit
can be calculated by this formula:

Weight in kg × 10= -------gm

For example, if your weight is 70 kg, you need to have at least

700 gm fruits, nothing else but fruits. I can guarantee you
that your blood sugar will not increase, rather it will decrease
even after stopping the medicine, though blood sugar is not
the parameter; (the parameter is do you feel healthy?) If you
take the required quantity of fruits, it is just food for you but
if you take more fruits, it becomes medicine for you.

55
STEP 2:
Have lunch in two plates.

Plate one should consist of four types of raw vegetables and

plate two should have standard meal. People who cannot
have raw vegetables due to teeth problem can have steamed
vegetables. Steamed vegetables are the 2nd best option. The
quantity of vegetables can be calculated by the following
formula:

Weight in kg × 5= -----gm

For a person of 70 kg weight, at least 350 gm of vegetables

are required.

First have from plate one and then have from plate two.
Remember after having plate one, gradually your appetite
will increase and you will be able to consume from plate two
also. For enjoying plate two, it may take 3-4 days for some
people.

56
The science behind this is that when you consume vegetables
(DIP diet), they spread into the inner lining of the stomach.
After this, when you consume VIP food, it also behaves as
DIP food. So what to eat, in what quantity, how to eat, in what
sequence, everything together becomes food as medicine.

Dinner should be taken in the same manner as lunch. It

should be in two plates as lunch and should be taken before 7
pm. So this is the routine for the entire day. If you feel hungry
even after eating all these things, you can have fruits/ sprouts/
soaked nuts as snacks.

All these things will help to control your blood sugar naturally.

STEP 3:

Avoid packed food, refined food, dairy products, animal

57
food, nutritional supplements, tea, coffee (especially before
lunch), and avoid eating after 8 pm. As far as snacking is
concerned, it should be

Soaked nuts -quantity=our weight in kg=----- gm

Fruits- plenty

Coconut water- As much as you like it

Hunza tea- As much as you like it

Sprouts- quantity=your weight in kg=----- gm

Coconut- As much as you like it

Remember, we are human beings; but we don’t have to eat

like human beings; we have to eat like animals. You just
cannot be sick, if you follow Nature. Nothing can be more
powerful than Nature.
