Palabra De Honor
Word of honor. The virtue that defines the sanctity of commitments and obligations in contractual and personal relations. Today, it is one of the many virtues we must revive in order to establish the moral code and expectation of the public from government; and inversely of the government from its citizens. Palabra de Honor will result in the trustworthiness of personal, civilian and government interactions.

Delicadeza
Delicadeza is a virtue that determines a persons sensitivity to what is right or wrong. A sense of prudence and propriety is implicit in a person with delicadeza. Delicadeza in a person of authority also serves as an early warning device in recognizing the traps of graft and corruption; whether in the guise of pagtanaw ng utang na loob or an innocent gift. The virtue of delicadeza results in honorable men both in government and private office.

Katapatan
Katapatan is the virtue on righteousness in deed and in thought. In a person, this virtue strengthens him against cheating and lying. It results in cooperation and trust among neighbors, friends and co-workers. In the highest offices of the land, katapatan is the sole measure of leadership and public trust. Felt and seen in a countrys leadership, a whole nation may willingly pay the price of recovery in coins of personal sacrifices. Without it though, leadership is an impossibility.

Kaayusan
Kaayusan is the Filipino virtue on orderliness. It begins in the home as an early mental discipline, instillled on children by their parents. An orderly home is evidence of this virtue at work in a family. In the formative years of a child, kaayusan ripens into a habit of disciplined allocation of time and energy to work, play and study. As a member of society in adulthood, kaayusan results in a citizen imbued with a sincere respect and adherence for the spirit and the letter of the law; a positive regard for the feelings and circumstance of others.

Pagkamasinop Pagkamasinop ____ virtue on the spirit of making do. As a personal attitude and habit this virtue calls for care and respect over things won thru honest work. Kagalingan results in the worker with a strong personal drive to improve his skillls and level of excelllence, and a habit for initiative.
