SCOPE OF WORK INTERIOR DESIGNER


The scope of work of the project consists of two self sufficient 42 story high residential towers in a Mixed Use residential development, that will be constructed in two phases. There will be 5 floors of covered parking garage, and two full floors of amenities for the residents with an outdoor pool deck, outdoor grill areas and a dog park.The project is not subject to HUD Regulations, Section 504. The
following areas of this development will be pursued under a separate permit: The Pool, the Retail areas in the Ground Floor, and the Amenities Levels in the 7th and 8th floor.
