2. Details of Changes
HITACHI semi-hermetic screw compressors and their parts for capacity control are indicated in Fig.1.
The slide valves for capacity control are coupled to the piston by the piston rod. The surface-hardened
bush has been added to the compressors to improving antiwear performance of rod bore in the
discharge casing. The details after change are shown in Table 1.
