Junior Design Engineer/AutoCAD Design Engineer

Job Description:
SunviENG Pvt Ltd., has an opportunity for an AutoCAD Design Engineer/Junior Design Engineer
who will work on various engineering functions within the Wireless Technology to include the following
activities: Preparing Work on Construction Drawings and Zoning Drawings based on the site walk notes,
RFDS, Previous markup drawings, Quality Assurance, A&E/Small Cell Designs, Rooftop and Tower
Upgrade Drawings, New Site Build Drawings for carriers like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Dish Wireless,
American Tower, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research/review jurisdictional requirements related to site design for preparation of Zoning and/or
Engineering drawing.
• Self-perform AutoCAD work, including revisions and updates.
• Coordinate and expedite drawing production, coordinating with client, QC drawings, facilitate
changes/revisions.
• Prepare modification drawings that include upgrades, extensions, and reinforcements to telecom towers
and foundations.
• Create budget estimates of materials, quantity, and fabrication drawings for proposed reinforcing
projects.
• Provide training to less experienced Designers and perform detailed QA/QC of drawings.
• Develop a CAD library of previous modifications and extension templates to optimize design efforts.
• Prioritize work queues and align resources to meet required work cycle times.

Qualification:
• B. Tech Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering degree is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar software.
• Wireless Telecom or utility/construction industry experience preferred.
• 6 months - 1 year experience in Telecom AutoCAD design projects.

Walk-In Drive: SunviENG Pvt Ltd, conducts the walk-in drives for internships & full-time employment
as a Junior Design Engineer on every first and third Saturdays of the month from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.
