Removal

► Drain the engine.

► Drain the air conditioning circuit.

► Drain the pneumatic brake circuit (optional).

► Drain the cooling circuit.

► Remove the engine bonnet.

Bonnet and radiator grille

► Remove the left-hand tank.

Main tankFunction:01 Engine

► Remove the exhaust gas post-treatment system.

► Remove bolts (1) and (2) and (6).

► Remove the protective panel (3).

► Disconnect the electric starting motor wiring harnesses (4).

► Remove the electric starting motor (5).

► Remove the bolts (1).

► Move aside the protective panel (2).

► Remove the clamp (1).

► Remove the bolt (2) from the mounting clamp.

► Remove the coolant hose (3).

► Remove the mounting clamps (1), (2) and (3).

► Mark and remove the rigid pipe connectors.

► Remove the clamps (1).

► Loosen the flexible pipe connector (2).

► Undo connectors (1) and (2).

► Remove the clamp (3).

► Remove the clamps (4), (5), (6) and remove the hoses (7), (8) and (9).

► Remove the clamp (1).

► Remove the connector (2) and the bolt (3).

► Remove the air conditioning pipes (4) and (5).

Seal the openings of the air conditioning compressor. Attach the pipes to the cabin.

► Mark and disconnect the electrical wiring harness (1) of the engine.

► Mark and disconnect the electrical wiring harness (2) of the front linkage.

► Mark and disconnect the electrical wiring harness (3) of the front axle.

► Remove the bolts (1).

► Remove the tank mounting panel (2).

► Decompress the front axle suspension circuit by acting on the suspended front axle hydraulic block (1).
Decompressing the front axle suspension hydraulic circuit (DANA)

► Remove the clamps (2).

► Undo the flexible pipe connector (1).

► Remove the clamps (2).

► Undo the pipe connectors (1).

► Uncouple the pipes (2), (3) and (4).

► Remove the bolts (1) from the front axle hydraulic block support.

► Remove the suspended front axle hydraulic block.

► Remove the clamps (1), (2), (3) and (4).

► Uncouple the hydraulic connectors.

► Uncouple the air connectors (5) and (6) (optional).

► Remove the bolts (7) and (8) from the air regulator support (optional).

► Remove the air regulator (9) (optional).

► Remove the clamps (1).

► Mark and uncouple the hydraulic connectors (2).

► Remove the pipes (3).

► Remove the nuts (1) and (2) from the transmission shaft protective panel.

► Remove the transmission shaft protective panel (3).

► Remove the bolts (1) and (2) from the transmission shaft.

► Remove the transmission shaft (3).

► Remove the bolts (1) and (2).

► Remove the clamps (3), (4), (5) and (9).

► Uncouple the pipes (6), (7) and (8).

► Disconnect the connector (10).

► Remove the hose (6).

► Remove the clamps (4) and (5).

► Remove the hose (3).

► Remove the bolts (2).

► Remove the expansion bottle assembly and its support (1).

► Remove the clamp (4).

► Remove the clamps (3).

► Remove the hoses (1) and (2).

► Remove the connectors (1) and (2).

► Remove the bolt (3) from the support bracket.

► Remove the pipes (4) and (5).

► Remove the bolt (1).

► Remove the wiring harness (2) of the "Visctronic" "C080" fan.

► Remove the bolts and nuts (2).

► Remove the turbocharger protective panel (1).

► Remove the nuts (2).

► Remove the subframe (1) with a suitable lifting tool.

The support weighs 36 kg.

► Remove the coolant pipe (1) located at the rear of the cylinder head.

► Undo the nut (1) of the visco coupler.

Note the direction of loosening of the nut, as this nut has a left-handed thread.

► Remove the fan from the "Visctronic C080" engine (2).

► Remove the radiator nozzle bolts (1).

► Remove the radiator nozzle (2).

► Remove the bolts (1) from the front power take-off drive flange (option).

Turn the engine with the flywheel rotating tool to access the bolts.

► Undo the bolt (1) of the front power take-off flange.

► Detach the flange (1) from the pulley (2) and push the flange (1) forwards.

► Remove the air conditioning compressor belt and the alternator belt.

Fan and beltsFunction:01 Engine

► Undo the bolt (1).

► Remove the roller (2).

► Release the nuts (1) and bolts (2) of the front chassis on each side.

► Position the carriages (1) and (2) to uncouple the tractor.

► Secure the equalizer bar of the front axle using shims.

► Remove the nuts and bolts from the front chassis.

Recover and mark the adjustment shims positioned between the engine and the front chassis.

► Uncouple the front section of the tractor.
