Mechanics and Criteria

1. The search is open to all the bona fide pupils of Unidos Elementary School.
2. There are four categories to compete: Category 1: Female from Kinder to Grade three, Category 2: Male from
kinder to grade 3, Category 3: Female from grade four to six and Category 4: Male from grade four to six.
3. Each category has an assigned continent where they will be able to choose their country.
Oceania : kindergarten, South America: Grade 1, North America Grade two and three, Africa: Grade 4, Asia:
Grade 5 and Europe: grade 6.
4. The adviser will be the one to pick countries based from the continent they belong.
5. In each category, there will be a slot for the magic five.
The magic five score will be based from the following segments:
a. The rank in the social media. They will be rank disregards of the reactions they obtained in the Unidos
Elementary School official face book page.
b. Most photogenic. They will also be ranked by the judges in the criteria given for the photogenic.
c. Best in Self Introduction. They will also be ranked in the self-introduction following the criteria.
d. Best in Production Number. The candidates will be ranked according to their performances during
production number.
e. Best in National Costume. They will also be ranked according to the criteria given.
6. In the magic five, all scores will be back to zero. The criteria will be based on 50% beauty and 50% intelligence.
The questions will be based in the grades 1st Quarter in Araling Panlipunan.

Minor Awards:
1. Social Media Prince and Princess- It will count the heart reactions in the social media.
2. Most Photogenic: Natural smile and look (25 %), Poise and confidence ( 25 %), Personality Shines Through
( 25%), Beauty /Overall Appearance ( 25 %)= 100 %
3. Best in Self Introduction: Articulation ( 35%), Details (30%), Poise and confidence (20%), Beauty and
Appearance(15%)
4. Best in Production Number: Stage Presence ( 30%), Mastery ( 30 %), Projection ( 30 %), Audience Impact
( 10%)
5. Best in National Costume: Adherence to the Costume Requirements of the Represented Country ( 30 %),
Creativity of Costume ( 30%), Poise and Bearing ( 30 %), Audience Impact ( 10 %)
