PAYMENT: 30 % Advance Payment & Balance 70 % LC at Sight

OFFER VALIDITY: 48 Hours from the date of Offer
PRICES: Offered prices are VARIABLE as per the below formula and will be subject to price adjustment at the time of order
in accordance with below mentioned price Variation Formula.

The adjustment formula internationally used and applicable to our offer is:
NSP = O.P.+ { V.F CU (LME1 - LME2) }X 0.306
Where:
NSP - Net Selling Price in KD/KM upon confirmation of order
O.P - Price in KD/KM at the time of offer based on:
LME2(Cu) = 0000 USD/Metric Ton
V.F (CU) - Variation Factor for copper in Metric Ton/KM
LME1 - Price per Metric Ton of metals in USD ruling the next working day following confirmation of order
DELIVERY: Will be mutually agreed at the time of order confirmation. However Riyadh Cables has huge production capacity
and is the largest in the region. We can avail you an immediate delivery from ready stock for some items at the time
of order finalization,other items can be scheduled as per your requirement and to be mutually agreed.

NOTE: Minimum order quantity will be applied for cable sizes at the time of order confirmation wherever requirement is
below our minimum manufacturing quantity.

METAL FIXING: for Metal booking purpose at the time of order, we require one of the followings:
A- 30 % advance payment.
B- After receipt of L/C.
PACKING: cable will beln wooden and / or steel drums as per Riyadh Cables and Metals Std. at our
discretion.
CUTTING LENGTH: Will be as per our Standard and subject to +/-5% tolerance on individual drum lengths, total
quantity and amount.
