• As CENT program service engineer my responsibilities were condition monitoring and
preventive maintenance of large industrial equipment which include vibration monitoring,
wear analysis and maintenance.
• Performed wear analysis by used oil testing in state of art ISO 17025 certified laboratory,
frequently tested parameters were viscosity at 40 and 100, flash point, pour point, TAN,
TBN, water crackle test, OES spectrometer for used lube oil analysis according to ASTM
and BSS standards.
• Performed vibration testing, wear analysis and preventive maintenance of various
equipment and component including gas and diesel gensets, pumps and compressors,
cement kiln line girth gears, prepared detailed analysis report according to standards and
present it to customers.
