First, I would like to say my reaction to the case above. I was really happy for Edward that he
was able to resolve his problem by going to a psychologist, knowing that there was something
wrong with him and that it affected both his relationship with his family and subordinates.
Empowerment in the workplace, happiness, and satisfaction of the concerned individual lie under
"work ethic". This is a belief or set of values that focuses on the importance of work. I also
believe that work has an individual benefit and that it strengthens the character of a person.
Empowerment is the action where a certain individual relies on others, starts accepting
suggestions, builds trust with others, opens with everyone, makes other people feel that they are
appreciated, and most importantly, guides others to bring out their full capacity or to motivate
them. With that kind of action, happiness, harmony, good relationships with others, and
satisfaction are being achieved.
A gathering of individuals in a certain location is an organization. can have many roles inside
the same firm. Developing relationships with your coworkers involves discussing and conversing
about various topics that lead to friendship. One typical practice at a firm is communication with
the individuals in your surroundings. In the workplace, delegation of duties by corporate
executives is referred to as empowerment. While joy originates from the heart and is an emotion,
When we refer to contentment, we mean the outcome. by letting your employees customize their
own responsibilities for the best result.
