Hope all is well,

I am writing to talk about something that I want to change in the company because
I felt unhappy in this position. I am currently working as a receptionist. I have
many things to do each day in my job such as: receive visitors, answer phone calls,
book meeting rooms,… I usually begin to work at 8 a.m and finish at 5 p.m. In 1
week, I work from Monday to Friday and sometimes I work overtime on Saturday.
Our company is located in an expensive area of New York city, it owns a beautiful
view of the city and makes lots of money every year. Its facilities are also quite
good. However, there’s something makes me dissatisfied with my job. The
reception desk is always very busy, so the work is tiring and stressful. We only
have one 15-minute break in the morning and our lunch just in an hour from 1 p.m
to 2 p.m. Although the lunch break is quite long, I never go out for lunch because
the restaurants in the area are very expensive. Moreover, I have a young daughter. I
have to take her to a childminder which is very expensive.
With all my displeased with my job, I want the company to change such as: more
flexible hours, longer breaks, a restaurant and a free day-care centre.
