*** Proposed KOHLER exquisite EVOK 1.7m LITHOCAST BATH K21095T-0 is acceptable as alternative material for the APAISER-Custom Freestanding Bathtub as per the
discussion in the progress meeting no. 76 dated 16 March 2022 subject to the following comments below:
- Not applicable for Presidential Suite (1 no.) and Vice-presidential Suites (3 nos). To provide or follow the specified in the RWG Material Schedule MR4.00 - APAISER
- Draft warranty letter should start from the date of substantial completion.
- Value Engineering amount to be submitted officially with corresponding cost breakdown for review and acceptance.
- To proceed with the bulk order for the entire buthtub to be used in the guestrooms
