JOB PLAN INSTRUCTION

1. Check the control circuit connections for signs of overheating and tightness.
2. Check the main circuit breaker connections for overheating and tightness.
3. Check thermostat and thermostat settings.
Check the compressor motor, condenser fan motor and evaporator fan motor cables for loose

connections and signs of overheating.
Check the evaporator fan pulley and motor pulley alignment and also ensure there is no shaft

6. Clean all fan blades and grease all the bearings. (See figure 2)
7. Check the supply and discharge air vents for trash build up. Ensure they are clear and clean.
8. Check the compressor protection devices for correct operation. If applicable.
9. Ensure all cables are correctly and safely run.
10. Check the cable entries into the main unit.

12. Check the main body and frame for corrosion.
13. Megger the compressor motor and record the reading.
14. Measure the compressor motor current on Phase A and record the reading.
15. Measure the compressor motor current on Phase B and record the reading.
16. Measure the compressor motor current on Phase C and record the reading.
