MASAN MEATLife is a member of Masan Group join in the meat industry with vision the trusted leader in
providing delicious, safe and affordable branded meat for each & every meal in Vietnam by European chilled
meat technology. I've been building since the beginning MEATDeli brand with main responsibilities as
following details:

- Lead Fresh Meat business to build marketing strategies, AP plan & execution plan to deliver business objective
- Build & develop communicate strategies with thematic TVC, thematic campaign, media plan (incl digital)
- Build & develop online communication by owned channel with MEATDeli fanpage, website, group &
ecommerce channel to serve consumer and increase sales for business
- Lead & fortify portfolio to products' specification improve GM, pricing strategies to reflect fresh meat
consumer market's fluctuation, promotion ad-hoc to enhance sales volume with highly efficient
- Lead distribution expansion & new opening: MEATDeli MT channel expand full Winmart chain (more than
3000 POS), management focusing on brand image and model for new open MEATDeli Store (40 store), Agent
(500 Agent)
- Lead MEATDeli Southern regions product launching - focusing on products portfolio, pricing strategies,
communication strategies and execution plan
- Lead product innovation launch: new product - MEATDeli Premium to satisfy consumer needs to eat more
delicious & sophisticated meat and significantly improve PnL, MEATDeli Chuan Ngon product range for more
consumers to use MEATDeli product with affordable price
- Act as a project manager for a variety of multi-stakeholder projects, including Marketing, Consumer Market
Knowledge, R&D, Production, Salesforce

October 2016 to June 2020: Assistant Brand Manager


- Monitor consumers’ quantitative & qualitative research for understand meat industry & MEATDeli launch
- Develop all holistic marketing plan as new brand: brand concept, brand architecture, brand name, brand
identity, …. annual planning, P&L forecasting and budgets
- Set up business model collaborating with key related departments: Sale, Demand Planning, Management
Accounting, R&D and Factory.
- Expand Fresh Meat portfolio, products' specification improvement to satisfy consumer needs and improve
GM
- Design pricing strategies, follow-up fresh meat consumer market's fluctuation to adjust marketing strategy

- Set up distribution strategies collaborating with sale department
- Create thematic campaign to communicate MEATDeli brand for launch with key driver “lean & safe”
- Development of the 1st chilled meat standard in Vietnam, collaborating with R&D department
- Manage all vendor agencies collaboration and management
- Being key leader in MEATDeli product launch on 23 December 2018

Achievements
- Successful launch MEATDeli in Ha Noi (12/2018), HCM (09/2019) which resulted in MEATDeli being the market
leader in branded-meat industry, the No. 1 market share in Vietnam
- Successful launch MEATDeli Premium & Chuan Ngon product range to bring MEATDeli brand to the new high,
serve new consumers segmentation, significantly improve PnL
- Top 3 best employees of marketing department for 2 years 2019 and 2020 certified by CMO MEATDeli
