In any endeavor, we must learn and reflect on something. Thank God, our three-day course has come to
an end. I hope that what we learnt is put into practice, because the goal of this training is not only to
conform, but also to grow ourselves and improve the school for the benefit of our clients especially our
learners. I feel that the most significant resource that all school leaders have is each other; without
collaboration and workshops like this, our growth is restricted to our own perspectives.
In all honesty, I was overly motivated when this seminar on Core Behavioral Competencies for school
heads cum OPCRF Year-end evaluation for S.Y. 2021-2022, Planning and commitment for S.Y. 2022-2023
started. Motivation is another aspect that influences learning outcomes. i really appreciate the things I
have rediscovered and uncovered in learning about the different topics that each our brilliant speaker
had shared.
The topics are timely, relevant and necessary way of managing our schools. It is really informative and
applicable to our station. Thanks to all the learnings and inputs filled in by each speakers.

As we end this three-day training, what has been reflected and what I have learned today is the essence
of CHANGE. We should learn how to cope and adapt changes because embracing them is a sign that we
give a room for improvement and development. As agents of change, we should also know to to take
risk. Planning of certain goals is important, if the plan fails, work on another plan until we reach our
target.
As this three-day training ends, what has been reflected and what I have learned today is the core of
CHANGE. We must learn to cope with and adapt to changes since embracing them shows that we are
open to growth and improvement. As change agents, we must be willing to take risks. Planning specific
goals is critical; if one strategy fails, work on another until we attain our goal.
To our schools Division Superintendent, Dr. evangel M. Luminarias, ASDS Dr. Marcelita S. Dignos, Cid and
SGOD Chiefs, PSDSs from three districts, Fellow school heads Good Afternoon everyone.
It has been said that LUCK is integrated with SWEAT, the more you sweat, the luckier you can. I believe
that this thing really speaks for the purpose of coming this training. In fact our Topics are not just
informative but they are price winning and splendid.
