CREATING THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP+) AND EXECUTIVE-

LEGISLATIVE AGENDA (ELA) TEAM AND ITS CORE TECHNICAL PLANNING GROUP

WHEREAS, the Local Government Code mandates the city government to prepare
Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP+) that outlines the key aspirations,
challenges and concerns facing the city, and a set of programs, projects and policies
towards the sustained socio-economic development;

WHEREAS, the Executive-Legislative Agenda serves as an Implementing mechanism for the

CDP, and Its process ensures that the plan Is reflective and supportive of the
sentiments and has generated popular support from the various stakeholders in the
city;

WHEREAS, the COO-ELA process requires a team that will back-up the Chief Executive in the
various preparatory, consultative, technical activities In order to come up with a good
quality and acceptable outputs;

NOW THEREFORE, by the powers vested In me by law, I, ERICK G. CANOSA, City Mayor of
the City of Glngoog, Mlsamls Oriental, hereby order the creation of the Comprehensive
Development Plan (CDP+) and Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) Team and its Core Planning
Group:

SECTION 2. DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

The CDP-ELA Team shall have the following duties and functions :

1. Review available plans and documents and other data required in the development of the ELA;

2. Assist the Local Chief Executive in public hearings and other consultation sessions with the various
LGU Stakeholders and affected sectors like the LGU offices, City Development Council (CDC), the
City Council and other sectoral organization; and

3. Assist the Local Chief Executive at the CDC in drafting and finalizing the CDP+ and ELA to include
the 3-year City Development Investment Plan (CDIP), current year Executive Budget, and Annual
Investment Plan (AIP).

SECTION 3. CORE TECHNICAL PLANNING GROUP

There shall be a CDP-ELA Core Technical Planning Group (CDP-ELA CTPG) which shall be
responsible in assisting the Local Chief Executive and the ELA Team in the various preparatory ,
consultative and technical activities in order to produce a good quality and substantive output.

The CDP-ELA CPG shall be composed as follows:
