a. Visit Applebee's Web site [www.applebees.com].

Then, using the Applebee's strategies as a

model, discuss how other, perhaps local or traditional, restaurants could use new strategies to revive
their reputation.

Applebee creates a lively atmosphere for happy hour people. I have a smaller restaurant, and the
price of the main course is lower than the competition in casual restaurants and high-end
restaurants. Applebee is located in small towns and cities and has a large number of satisfied
customers. Applebee provides a variety of different types of food, including in Asia, Italy, Mexico, the
United States, etc.

Applebee provides excellent service through innovation and connection with customers. This
influence is reflected in the growth of customers and brings them the best results. Applebee started
with the same philosophy we follow today-focusing on serving good people. It is almost in 2000
locations, and it is still increasing. The main strategy implemented by Applebee is to improve
restaurant operations and profitability

It systematically introduces the operation activities and profitability improvement of Applebee

restaurant. Improve food and its costs, reward and manage meals and discounts. The strategy will
emphasize the brand positioning of Applebee restaurants based on customer feedback and
marketing research, and strive to convey clear, focused, and consistent messages related to the
dining experience.

The most important goal of the company is to increase profitability. By strengthening the company's
performance, quality, profit, and regular menu items, the benefits provided through promotional
activities can enhance the profitability of the restaurant.

b. What are Applebee's strategies that it is pursuing? Do you think these strategies could be used
successfully at other local or traditional restaurants to compete?

Applebee pursues a better strategy to provide benefits for restaurants, which will ultimately help
operations, branding, return on investment, improve the financial department, and franchisees.
These are some factors that help determine a successful business.

The Applebee strategy will help local or traditional restaurants use it because Applebee has
achieved success by implementing these strategies and operating in more than 2,000 locations and
still increasing. Cost factors, quality, and performance factors contribute to successful business
operations in terms of demographics and location. This strategy helps locals and traditionally-run
restaurants use it through price, service, location, personnel, and food quality. Their loyal customers
seek better service and quality. Applebee's main goal is to provide better service and better quality.
