We are a team of experienced recruiters who were able to build fruitful connections with
hundreds of medical institutions across the MENA region. The initial stimulus behind our agency
emerged after helping Lebanese medical professionals locate jobs in various Arab countries.
Our process is simple, ethical, and proficient. We were able to identify the common obstacles
which recruiters and job seekers usually encounter. Accordingly, we assembled a modern system
eliminating the gaps, therefore, facilitating the process for both.

Our aim is to expand and empower our networks to assist qualified medical professionals in
securing jobs in the MENA area by serving as a liaison between them and medical institutions

Second Step
Clinics and Hospitals must accept the Terms & Conditions regulations before proceeding
NOTE: This should not be a step on its own. It could appear on any page (the option is the last
in the sign up process) at the end with a tick box to accept terms and conditions with a link to
them.

Second Step
After your account is verified by the platform, you can start requesting medical professionals’
profiles.

Third Step
Medical Job team starts scanning profiles of appropriate candidates and notifies you once
matches are identified.

Fourth Step
Through our platform, you schedule video conferencing with selected candidates and change the
hired professional’s status to “Accepted.”

First Step
Register necessary details and upload degrees and/or work certification(s).

Second Step
Doctors and Nurses have to accept the Terms & Conditions regulations before proceeding

Second Step
After your account is verified by the platform, our team will start the recruitment process and
look for an appropriate match for you among member medical institutions.
Third Step
Track the progress of your application. After it has been selected by recruiters, sit for a job
interview.

Fourth Step
When the interview is completed and you have been accepted, upload all the necessary
documents through our platform.
