Energy Fiji Limited wishes to advise that the power supply will be made available under the following terms and conditions: 1.0 Cost of Capital Contribution ‘The capital contribution for this scheme is $52,567. 15(VIP) and Energy Fiji Limited requires full payment to process the scheme further. 2.0 Formal Easement for Power-lines Extension Works ‘The proposed route of the extension requires wayleave clearance and therefore the applicants will be required to co-ordinate with our Wayleave Officers prior to the installation of our assets at the site. 3.0 Consumer Security Deposit & Meter Connection Fee for Supply Connection Each applicant will be required to pay a consumer security deposit equal to two (2) months assessed consumption charges and a meter connection fee before the electrical installation is connected to the supply grid, ‘The above offers valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this letter.
