Gore-tex test sample making

standard process
1. Order material 2. Receive material
 20 pairs amount material.  Store H/K test materials separately.
 Inform the suppliers the purpose of these materials.

3. Single material Lab test 4. Laminate Materials


 All materials need to be tested.  Make sure to send test passed materials to the
 3 pieces from each material need to be tested. supplier.
 All 3 pieces need to be passed.  Inform the supplier it is for H/K test .
 Store tested material separately.
 If fail, order material again.

Cut out 3 areas from all materials and lab test


5. Laminated material Lab test 6. Cutting and Stitching
 3 pieces from each material need to be tested.  4 pairs amount.
 All 3 pieces need to be passed.  Bootie material need to be cut correct side.
 Stitching thread need to be tested too.  No hammering process during process.
 Store test materials separately.  Use cement as little as possible.
 If fail, laminate material again.  No pointed and sharp tool during process.

7. Lab test with stitched upper 8. Assembly


 Half pair need to be tested.  Use clean last.
 All upper components need to be tested.  Use cement as little as possible.
 All areas lab test need to be passed before Assy.  No hammering process .
 If test fail, start from cutting

9. Internal sample testing 10. Test in Gore lab
 3.5 pairs.  Send 1 pairs of shoes.
 Half pair conduct Centrifuge  Send shipping info to Gore lab.
(no need to send out this tested shoes).
 3 pairs static waterproof test. (48 hours)
 If fail, start from cutting.
