    Hey Eddie,

    So far, there are 2,082 Prime Loans totaling $70MM are no longer secure(foreclosed, many by BankOne/JPMChase
    and deeded to Homes Sales, Inc.) and 482 Subprime Loans totaling $15MM are no longer secure. We have no
    gotten through the all the lists yet but expect to by mid day tomorrow. I have personally reviews every property ID card
    to ensure the quality of the information that you are forwarding to management, As I mentioned, we are also
    identifying every loan that is no longer secure but still owned by JPMChase or Home Sales Inc. so management can
    check with the appropriate departments to ensure no potential liability with this pool.
