endorsement of your respective Field Scout Executive and approval to

Terms and Conditions:

1. The site to be used has been found ideal and declared safe for camping purposes.
2. The Scouts and Unit Leaders have been found physically fit for this outdoor activity.
3. The permission of the parents/guardians of the Scouts have already been secured.
4. Precautionary measures have been taken and all provided to protect the health and
safety of the Scouts during this activity.
5. A Program of Activities to be followed during this camping has been prepared, copy is
hereto attached.
6. Sufficient camp equipment has been prepared and provided.
7. This Unit is in good standing and that the Unit Charter will not expire until ___________
8. This Unit will observe the National and Local Camping Policies and Standard for the Boy
Scouts Camp.
