This appointment is further subject to verification ofthe particulars given by you in your application form for engagement as a Trainee. In case any particulars mentioned by you in the application for appointment aro found false or incorrect, your training period shall be terminated without any notice. 4. Your training and assignment stand terminated automatically at the close day in completion of one year {rom the ‘Date of Joining’ if not confirmed further in writing in advance, 5. a. Your assignment will be for a period of one year, from the date of your joining. If your progress and performance is found to be unsatisfactory, the training period shall be liable to be extended or even ‘dispensed with and your training terminated, purely at the discretion of the Management. During the period Of training either side can terminate this employment contract by giving one month’s notice in wrting and in the manner referred in clause 6 (b) of the appointment letter. After confirmation your services would be subject to termination by giving two months notice in writing and in the manner referred in clause 6 (b) of the appointment leter or payment of salary in lieu thereof However the company reserves the right not to accept payment in lieu of notice and its sole discretion & may enforce the notice period. If you choose not to serve the applicable notice period on ful ime basis, the company also reserves the right to recover from you all expenses incurred with regard to any training and development, special education, up skiling or on Job training provided to you in the course of your ‘employment with the company up to Rs, 35,000/- in addition to notice pay. (4) You will not give to anyone, by word of mouth or otherwise, particulars or details of our manufacturing Processes, technical know-how, of of secutily arrangements or of adminisvatve and or ‘organizational matters, whether of confidential or secret nature, that may become known to you for being associated with our organization () You will take part and interest inthe extracurricular and labour welfare activities of the company 8.
