I. Introduction for our Swiss roll and layer cake line, we will make as following standard:
1. This line can make Swiss roll and layer cake, capacity can get 600kg/hr.
2. For all surface contact with food to be food grade.
3. All electrical parts and automation parts as foreign brand as customer request, please check the parts brand list.
4. The distance between conveyor to keep smaller.
5. All air hose will be inside the PVC pipe.
6. All the machine cover to be stainless steel material, with good polishing and finishing.
7. The length for each cooling conveyor above 10m will use Automatic conveyor band deviation rectifying device.

II.1 Details of working process
Firstly, put the raw materials such as egg, sugar into the mixing drum and then stirring evenly, then put into the flour and
other addition materials, stirring once more. Finally put the grease; then stirring once more and become more evenly.
Secondly, convey the materials above we mentioned from the mixing drum to the storage tank, you can adjust the
convey peed according to the practical, conveying to the high-speed stirring tool, inside of the stirring tool , we can input
the air according to specific gravity of cake, draw out the mixture from the high-speed stirring tool to the charging basket
of Machine head, infusing according to thickness of cake, and extrude on the steel belt directly. Before extrusion, there is
a oiling machine , you should put the oil on the steel belt, then go into the oven, after go out the oven , then sprinkle the
sugar dredging (this step just suitable for the cake which need something that like the flour foods, according to our
customers ); then go to the next step-cooling, after cooling, turn over to the PL belt, on the PL belt and then cutting and
spread cream rolling according to the length of cutting; after cutting , convey to arrangement and final go to packing.
Total plant need following workers: Ingredient part needs: 2-3 persons; Machine operate part: 2 persons; Packing part:
2-3persons.

III.4 Oil feeding machine: It’s for spraying the oil onto the steel belt; it’s continuous oil feeding.

III.5 Depositing machine:This machine we make extrusion with the compasses shape spiel, and the speed of the
extrusion we adopt variable frequency control in order to make the mixture distribute on the extrusion roller evenly. The
head of the extrusion machine is installed on the head of the bakery machine, you can adjust any thickness of the mixture
as you like.
III.6 Gas baking oven: The oven we use liquid gas flame tube, the up flame we adopt far infrared radiation board,
which can permeate the center of the cake conjectures, the down flame we adopt the stainless steel orifice plate which
can avoid naked flame burns steel belt directly. We can adopt different burning ways according to customers’ demands,
we adopt the fuel gas so far, the consumption of fuel gas per hour is 15m3,there are three areas of the temperature control,
and with any adjustment from 20°--300°according to different foods, distribute temperature reasonable which can make
food with the bright colored and lustrous. And the steel belt we use Swiss Sandvik(optional)

The front face and inner surface is made of stainless steel.
General introduction: Hot air circulation oven is a novelty baking furnace developed by our factory on the basic of the
imported equipment. This oven takes the advanced heating methods of gas burning and the hot air circulation. It ’ s
divided into five areas: .front, middle, back, top and bottom. After the temperature is set, it automatically controlled by
the motor through the butterfly valve. The temperature from the top and bottom through the air channel pass to hearth to
bake the food. It has the advantage of fast heating, temperature stabilization, small change, automatic ally control
temperature. All its advantage make the food taste more soft, the color more even and fresh .

III.7 Sugar spray machine: We adopts PLC programmed control, speed of dredging we adopt variable frequency;
we dredge a little sugar on the surface in order to spray the sugar powder on the surface of cake.

III.8 Reticular(mesh) cooling conveying: It is made of stainless steel; can control conveying speed with any
adjustment; this steps prompts an acceleration of cooling of the food which just draw out from the bakery oven; this step
prepares for next process of cutting and rolling.
III.9 Cake slitting machine(vertical cutting) and cream spreading

Cream spreading which designed in PLC can control the flow quantities accurately
We use plating Teflon blade with no adhesion coating; smooth cutting; no food adhere on the blade when making the bar
shape during cutting; all coatings areas meet the food hygiene demands that guarantee the safety of the food.
Overlap cake after cutting by turning over the moldings so that two sides will be stick together（if you want the stuffed
one, after cutting and then spreading）and then make the size according to the customer demand.

designed and manufactured with purpose: we deliver continuous-use, wash down capable, and food grade conveyors.
⑤INLINE FEEDER A&B: The linear feeding system is suitable to handle a variety of products and effectively time
them to the pitch of the lugs of any flow wrapper. The Feeder is proposed in 4 set standard conveyor based over 2 timing

IV. Sell Terms:
IV.1. Terms of Payment:
The Payment by Installment Should Be Paid In Time. Each Installment Should Be As Per The Under-Mentioned Terms
Of Payment, Otherwise The Shipment Date Will Be Postponed Accordingly.
1) The First Payment（30% Of Total Price） As Deposit Should Be Paid To Seller Within Seven(7) Working Days
After Signed The Contract.
2) The Balance (70% of Total Price) Should Be Paid By T/T to Seller by Buyer within Five Working Days before
Shipment
3) All Bank Charges Outside China Are For Account Of Buyer.
4) The Exchange Rate According To Date of Sign the Contract.
IV.2. Guarantee:
Party A (Seller) Has Agreed To Provide 12 Months Guarantee Period From The Date Of Installation But Not More Than
15 Month From The Date Of Shipment. Against Any Manufacturing Defects and Faulty Materials. During This
Guarantee Period Any Items Or Parts Found To Be Defective, Will Be Replaced By Party A (Seller) To Party B (Buyer)
Free Of Charge. Ware And Tare Parts And Parts Damaged By Any External Cause Shall Not Be Covered Under This
Guarantee.
IV.3. Supervision of Installation and Commissioning Of the Plant
Party A (Seller) Has Agreed to Send one Technical Personnel to Carry out Work of the Installation, Commissioning Of
The Plant And Training Of The Operator With Regard To Production And Maintenance Of The Plant. Party B (Buyer)
Has To Bear the Cost of Round trip Tickets, Food and Lodging for one Persons for a Period of 7 Days. In Addition, A
Daily Allowance Of USD 50 Per Technician As Pocket Money During Their Stay In Buyers Country.
