The site's shape is simple, allowing for easier planning and design layout and has a
good drainage due to medium soil filtration.

project proposal's facilities.

Opportunities There are no nearby food establishments, which the project can capitalize
on by including its own food hub or commercial saleable areas that can
maximize profit due to a lack of competition.

high-rise development in the area and establishments, with this, the project can
expect maximum sun exposure and can fully utilize the use of solar harnessing
technologies.
