III. IMPLEMENTATION
The teacher exerted time and effort in communicating the learner online and making
PowerPoint presentations and additional learning material to be able to help the learner in
understanding the lesson on Taking Body Measurement. The teacher monitored the progress
of the learners based on the results of formative and summative assessment as well as
performance tasks.
IV. RESULT
The learner written performances improved as the teacher continued to follow-up the
learner’s performances. The learner completely answers the given tasks very well. She is up to
date in passing and getting SLMs. Thus, the teacher concludes that even in the distance
learning modality, the teacher needs to connect to the learners and monitor their progress so
that there will be no child left behind.
