Subject: Insights & Next Steps for Service launch based on customer survey

Opening: Hi Team,
Firstly, kudos to all, as we have shipped the first test batches of plants to customers in advance of our formal service launch.

Body: As you might be aware that to gauge customer satisfaction, we surveyed 50 customers after shipments of our test batches. The survey
revealed three major issues related to -
 Product quality
 Delivery timelines
 Customer support
We incorporated the above feedback pointers and made improvements accordingly to the later test shipments, but still there is significant room for
improvement. I am scheduling this meeting to discuss about the customer feedback pointers, insights and next steps we need to take as team to
address all the issues.

Closing: I am scheduling a 30 minutes call for 8th June’22 at 12 PM IST to discuss the same. Kindly let me know your availability for the same.
