As you may be aware, we use a handheld device, TC-70, to process freight and documentation.
We are currently in the process of having TC-70s placed in the shipping departments of some of
our major customers around the country, keeping track of their shipments. I would like to
propose a similar tracking system for your company, that could handle all your shipping from
your locations around the country and monitor these shipments with the TC-70 device located in
your home office. The advantages this would bring to your company include, generating an
invoice, transmitted via the computer to our office, tracking your shipments more readily, allow
you to determine rating fees more accurately, as well as the benefits of the accounting
department. All in all, your export operations would achieve greater efficiency.
