It is our constant endeavour to be a contextually relevant business school with world-class


academic standards that develops socially conscious managers, future leaders, and
entrepreneurs. It gives me immense pleasure to introduce the 2020-21 batch of Executive Post
Graduate Certificate Programme in Management, Batch 1 (EPGCPM-1) - an intensive one-year
virtual learning program of IIM Indore. The innovative course design of the programme has
helped the participants build rapidly on their previous experience and expand the horizons in
their fields of expertise. Through a rigorous EPGCPM curriculum that includes use of
contemporary participant-centric pedagogies and teaching methods, the participants develop a
keen sense of management education, research, and training aptitude. I am confident that the

EPGCPM

designed for working executives and
entrepreneurs that are looking for
major upskilling in the management
domain but finding it difficult to
pursue a full-time programme. The classes happened on the weekends which provided flexibility to the
participants be engaged in their respective professions and at the same time to upgrade their knowledge
base simultaneously.
The Programme contains the courses from various management functions and covers contextual
concepts that are highly relevant to the existing business environment. The courses will be taught by the
experts of the domain and will be delivered through cutting-edge technology to ensure the learning
outcomes.

Seeing the first batch of the EPGCPM completed is a rewarding experience. It is meticulously designed to
ensure comprehensive coverage of a wide range of topics, including managerial accounting,
organizational behavior, managerial economics, marketing management, management information
systems, operations management, and business strategy, among others. The program combines theory
with practice in a unique way to keep participants up to date on the latest developments and methods in
the Management domain.
Because it is designed and taught by IIM Indore faculty members and domain experts, the course
encapsulates IIM Indore's deep commitment and rigor.
The program's curriculum and teaching methodology ensured that the participants learned what they

Eligibility Criteria
