Introduction

Time is a precious commodity for humans, because once it has passed, it can
never be recovered. Although time is intangible, it is priceless. Every passing
second becomes more precious. Because once the time is up, there is no turning
back. It never waits for anyone. Especially in today's social trends, people are
trying to keep pace with the times. In this way, people learn to manage their
time so as not to waste it.
For freshmen, wasting time is unavoidable. Most students spend a lot of time in
club activities, part-time jobs, school activities and forget that their main task is
to study. Therefore, please schedule suitable activities at school. Learning

as you wish, with unimaginable consequences. Know how to think wisely and
adjust your time so you don't stray into a useless, time-wasting lifestyle.

your work because you know what you have to do.
Having a specific schedule helps to avoid wasting time unnecessarily. This

minimize future problems, stay focused and purposeful, and arrange so that our
work is less likely to be interrupted. most disruptive and make effective use of
unexpected lags.
- Create a time frame
This is very helpful if you create time frames along the way
various tasks. This is especially useful for the most important things you need
to do, but also great for everyday tasks. For example, you need to create a
weekly report on Tuesday of the following week. So make time every Monday
to talk to colleagues in the relevant department and make sure the numbers on
your computer system are correct. Then every Tuesday, let's schedule a time to
start writing the report. You must treat these as priorities that you cannot
ignore.
Bottom line: Working in set intervals creates our own aversions and makes us
more productive.

must turn thoughts, ideas, plans into concrete actions.

2.2. Learn to listen

Listening to others is an art, very important, but often overlooked. To make the
most of our time and also to avoid the hassle of misunderstandings, you need to
know what it means to listen well ?

Show respect for each individual, recognize that they have needs and

           right to self-expression.

Focus on the other person, first look at them. Often in conversations,

when the other person is speaking, we think about what we could say in
response to them instead of actually listening to them. Good listening
makes relationships closer.

Pay attention to what others say, but you need to do more than that, you
need to pay attention to their volume, expression and breaks; Be aware
of their feelings, and you also need to pay attention to what goes
unspoken.
