Wing penetration crossover Important: look accros the court, move defender slowly from stance short step forward and push the ball to other side. They are not good as guards Wing - spin Hand off 2-0 Show elbow timing(V- cut and dribble)- jump stop- dribble toward receiver and jumpstopreverse pivot around outside leg(front) move shoulder to shoulder. *Both players must move their defenders to make hand off. If you are overplayed move close to the ball and backdoor 2-0

Back door pass Te ball is passed as close to the defenders back as possible- this prevents defender from the opening up to the ball and cut the ball.

Always when you cut to the basket, look for the ball - not to post up( if you look to post up you will lost speed) Accelerate and sprint, after first step

Low post move read and understand teammates decisions- if low post turns to the base line players read and creates passing lines. High- Low

Low post pass to the high spot or to weak side wing to high post spot.
