INFORMED CONSENT

I hereby give my consent for my participation in the current study entitled “GRIND TO
SUCCESS WORKING STUDENTS WAY OF LIVING AMIDST PANDEMIC.” I understand
that the people responsible for this study are Elijah E. Pielago Jr., Jasper Jay A. Dioso, and Rodrigo M.
Salamanes Jr. The objectives of the study have been explained to me thoroughly. The researchers can

The researchers have clarified 1) that my participation in the study will involve answering questions
during a face to face or online interview, which will focus on my actual experiences;
2) that the information obtained in these interviews
is expected to provide valuable information on the changes and challenges of venerable educators in
the new learning environment; 3) that there are no expected risks to me as a result of my participation
in the study, and 4) that there is no financial compensation for my participation.

The researchers also explained to me that my participation in this study is voluntary and that there will
be no negative consequences to me if I choose not to participate. They have also explained to me that
any information that I will provide will be kept confidential.

In addition, the researchers have also made it clear to me that the interview will be voice or screen
recorded if it is conducted virtually with my consent and approval and therefore, will respect my
decision if I prefer not to use voice recording or screen recording in the interview.

The researchers have agreed to answer any questions that I may have concerning the procedures. I
understand that I have the option to discontinue my personal participation at any time I choose
without penalty.
