15 as I indicated in my 26 October 2022 COMPLAINT as to my grandson Dion Schorel, the
16 Department in my view kidnapped him and as such subjected him to false imprisonment,
17 terrorism, torture, etc.

19 While you may wonder how torture may have eventuated it may not just be Dion who suffered at
20 the hands of the Victorian Government (that is if there was/is any such legal government) but
21 likewise so the terrorism, torture may have been inflicted upon your own daughter and others.

23 I do not claim any medical and/or scientific education and was ignorant to it all until in 2019 my
24 wife ended up falling ill. From I then on I commenced to do an elaborate research and well wrote
25 about how the mask assembled in Mumbai I noticed being dumped on the ground (in the slums)
26 could now contain the dust in the mask. Well many months later there was a sudden outbreak of
27 the BLACKDEATH in India and I then wrote to health officials in India about the mask being
28 assembled in the slums in Mumbai and this could be the cause of the BLACKDEATHS. Not
29 long thereafter the reports of BLACKDEATHS suddenly stopped. It is anyone’s guess if the
30 Indian government quietly withdrew all mask from the market which were assembled in the
31 slums in Mumbai, but it may have been a relevant issue.
32 I also wrote about the micro black worms that were found to me contained in mask. Yes, you as
33 a member of the Victorian Government may have applauded the mandates because no matter any
34 education you may have had in the end intelligence is often missing. Your own daughter could
35 very well already have inhaled such a black worm from any mask, as could have eventuated with
36 Dion and others.
37 Then again your daughter, Dion and others could have been harmed inhaling the graphene that
38 were found to be in many mask!
39 And do not forget either the microchips that were reportedly located in mask, which also can be
40 a natural security where they can trace certain persons and then set up this person to be
41 eliminated. And as in the USA the pings of mobiles are sold to others and then used to map out
42 where particular persons travelled then this is also a national security risk for anyone targeted to
43 be eliminated in some way or another. Yes, I wrote about this also previously as shown on my

18 Let us be clear about it that if anyone else had this record of manslaughter/murder/genocide then
19 he would be in prison long ago. The amount of writings I provided to Premier Daniel Andrews
20 should have been a warning to him that he so to say was barking at the wrong tree. But he seems
21 to be ignorant from reality and simply go on and on with blinkers. As a former Minister for
22 Health he surely could have been expected to know better. This Supplement will seek to
23 highlight some issues of concern and so to say is merely the tip of the iceberg.
24 Because we are entitled to a “responsible government” and a “responsible Minister” there
25 should be no excuse whatsoever of him to claim he didn’t know, etc.
26 I provide my writings, including submissions to inquiries, etc, and if they ignore any of it then
27 they must accept responsibility for getting it wrong.
28 In my view Premier Daniel Andrews was grossly incompetent and went onto silly game play
29 with donuts assisted by Bret Sutton Chief Health Officer, rather than ignoring political games
30 and concentrate upon the death and destruction and other harm their gross incompetence was
31 causing upon their victims.
32 In my view Premier Daniel Andrews and many other former Members of Parliament are not
33 eligible to stand as a candidate in the November 2022 State of Victoria election and they ought to
34 be forthwith charged and imprisoned with electronic tags on them.

36 Just to give an example of the absurdity is that Premier Daniel Andrews was ongoing doing the
37 unvaccinated bashing to cause division and violence aided by using taxpayer’s monies to fund
38 the media to do so also and blaming the unvaccinated for the spread of the virus, etc. We had
39 Alan Joyce (Qantas) insisting on vaccination evidence as otherwise a person was not allowed to
40 board a plane, even so I wrote to him (see below) that there was no evidence that the claimed
41 SARS-CoV-2 virus was by the Koch postulate isolated and purified. It appears to me he blatantly
42 disregard to check it all out and in my view as set out below he and Qantas should be held

1 legally liable for the harm inflicted upon the many and the refusal to allow unvaccinated persons
2 to be boarding any plane of them.

4 Likewise, I view, that other companies such as West farmers (Officeworks/Bunnings./Coles/etc)
5 should be held legally liable.

7 While working in the private sector as a Quality Control Officer I would check everything
8 regardless if anyone assured me it was all OK. For example I walked up to a chart the operator
9 informed me had been used for some 50 years to cut product. Just one glance at the chart alerted
10 me that there was an error in the gear set up of 2 different product but having the same gear
11 system. In the end I proved to be right, just that no one had realized this before. I have always
12 made clear that using “common sense” is the best manner to go through life. Not uncommon I
13 had experts in certain field as opponents and was able to defeat them because they simply
14 overlooked to use “common sense”! I was from time to time warned that I was utterly wrong
15 (including in legal proceedings) and would face the consequences when this was proven but I
16 didn’t give up and each time proved to be right. When a specialist urged my wife to be jabbed
17 with covid jab as it would be better for her, I responded and well he simply knew nothing about
18 the dangers of the jab. She dumped this specialist immediately! Regretfully we have this with
19 many if not most medical doctors who went along with the mantra “safe and effective” without
20 having a clue if it really was. Their argument is why would anyone lie to them? Well it appears
21 to me that the TGA did so ongoing and concealed the truth and became a major player in
22 deceiving the Australian public, so as to follow “government policy”. Just that I held that
23 “common sense” alone indicated that the TGA was likely involved in an elaborate covid scam
24 and where its funding is about 96% from pharmaceutical companies I view it was severely
25 compromised to be “neutral”, etc.

13 About 4 decades ago a trial judge referred to my conduct of litigation, such as my cross
14 examinations, as being that of a TRAPDOOR SPIDER, albeit within the confines of litigation.

52 deny them to reveal their concerns to patients/customers merely because the

3 Professionals have a legal obligation and within Commonwealth law can be held liable for
4 concealing relevant details. The States cannot then use legislation to seek to override

18 legislate that a practitioner (medical doctor, etc) cannot disclose to a patient/customer relevant

20 Commonwealth rebate for any treatment cannot then have his/her professional conduct interfered
21 by a State. Neither can the State prevent a professional to claim under a Commonwealth scheme
22 like Medicare or any medical insurance company, as they are federal registered and any violation
23 by a State to interfere with the federal system would be ULTRA VIRES. It also means that the
24 purported Western Australia legislation that soldiers could jab citizen with a covid poison also is
25 and remains ULTRA VIRES.

7 What I view ought to be also concerns are some of the following:

9  Prohibit any doctor, etc, to have any financial kickbacks, etc, for prescribing certain
10 medication for a patient. Also, ensure that any charged for Pharmaceutical companies is
11 charged and paid via the Treasury with no direct financial involvement by the TGA.
12  Prohibit any person involved in approval, recommendation, etc as to any pharmaceutical
13 product are prohibited to have any direct/indirect involvement with any pharmaceutical
14 company for at least 5 years prior to accepting such a position and also for 5 years after
15 leaving the position while also banned to do so while holding such position.
16  The TGA cannot approve any medication/vaccine, etc unless the disease against which it
17 is supped to be used has been proven to exist and not merely some illusive disease that
18 never was scientific proven to exist via the Koch postulate having been isolated and
19 purified.
20  Capsules containing medication are at time made from graphene which I understand is
21 very dangerous for the person eating those capsules. Are there any warning on the
22 packages to warn a person that the capsule contains graphene, etc?
23  The TGA seems to have blatantly disregarded that no suitable mask exist for the general
24 population regarding mask and that mask may contain deadly dust (BLACK DEAD),
25 micro size black worms, graphene, micro electronics, etc.

1  Why were there many deaths in certain nursing homes and not in others? Was it relating
2 to 5G telecommunication mast, etc?
3  What constitute “QUARANTINE”? Any conduct like mask, social distancing, QR code,
4 lockdowns, curfews, ring of steel, lock outs, etc, all are to isolate and/or prevent the
5 spread of infectious diseases and as such falls exclusively within the Commonwealth
6 legislative, executive and administrative powers.
7  What, if anything, can be done to counter the effect of any jab where they are found to be
8 harmful to the victim?
9  What are the actual ingredients of any jab (so called vaccines)?
10  What the Governments and their minions were really about was to be stalking citizens
11 and in Victoria this is part of the Crimes Act prohibited. The State unconstitutionally
12 coerced people to be jabbed and use their fearmongering to get those jabbed to denounce
13 in some form or another causing severe hardship to the victims. Premier Daniel Andrews
14 denouncing the “unvaccinated” and even causing them to be ‘locked out” from certain
15 facilities, etc. Blaming them for the “pandemic of the unvaccinated” without a shred of
16 scientific evidence this was so.
17  Those politicians who were so to say on the covid scam bandwagon to serve the goals of
18 foreign powers by this I view invalidated their legal status as being a Member of
19 Parliament and in fact committed TREASON and were TERRORIST.
20  The media in its conduct to falsely claim number of cases/deaths, etc, without any proper
21 scientific prove also in my view committed STALKING, etc, this as they knew or ought
22 to have been aware that their broadcasting and publications would stir fearmongering.
23  Governments using public monies for purposes to suit foreign corporations such as
24 pharmaceutical companies to make a lot of monies, which is a misuse and abuse of public
25 monies.
26  There was an elaborate conspiracy by many to pursue the covid scam and inflict untold
27 harm upon the victims.
28  It has been claimed by the world health Organisation that we are in a era of pandemics.
29 Reality is that the bioweapons of scientific research is behind most of it, such as
30 reportedly CSIRO for 10 years, Peter Doherty Institute also allegedly involved and this
31 could cause another outbreak. As such, there must be a moratorium on all and any
32 scientific research unless and until each and every such research has been properly
33 investigated and proven to be in the best interest of man-kind and not to create gain-of-
34 function kind of results that is more deadly to humans.
35  A proper investigation is conducted such as if Pfizer did defraud the Commonwealth in
36 regard of details provided, etc regarding the mRNA jabs?
37  A proper investigation to be held in the conduct of ATAGI, Health Departments and
38 Medical and other Boards.
39  Organisations such as those collecting blood should ensure that no contaminated blood is
40 provided to hospitals that may contain graphene and micro electrical system harmful to
41 the recipients.
42  CBA was caught out using customers spending to determine environmental associations.
43 As the Commonwealth some decades ago insisted that all recipients had to have a bank
44 account that I view CBA cannot use this for alternative purposes, and neither any other
45 banking facility.
46  As the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) specifically provide for
47 gold and silver payments then any denial by any State Government and/or business to
48 accept cash I view is a violation of constitutional rights.

1  Any “clinical trial” must be limited in size and cannot be forced upon anyone directly

6  What, if any, autopsy has been done on people who suddenly died despite reportedly

24 It should be understood that Pfizer was the registered “Sponsor” and therefore where it know that
25 the so called vaccine was never tested on preventing transmission then it should have stepped in
26 when the States around the world were promoting it as to prevent transmission, infection, etc.
27 If for example I allow a real estate agent to sell a property and I become aware that the real estate
28 is providing false and misleading information to potential customers then I have a legal
29 obligation to step in and correct any incorrect statement. If I however remain silent then I am
30 part of a conspiracy by doing so.
31 Likewise by Pfizer and Moderna (as it too didn’t any testing on transmission, etc, as I understand
32 from reports) then it cannot be argued they were not involved in the scam because they are the
33 Registered “Sponsors” who were granted “provisional approval” to conduct “clinical trials” and
34 not the Commonwealth and /or the States/Territories and as such if anyone was acting as agents
35 for the pharmaceutical companies then the pharmaceutical companies must be held legally liable
36 and accountable for the harm inflicted upon the many. Obviously the previous $2.3 billion the

32 Hypothetically, if I were to claim I run a major international airliner with millions of
33 passengers wouldn’t you then ask: Where is the evidence? Well if I then create a business
34 logo and aeroplanes on a computer is that any prove of reality? Well, we now have that
35 countries claim more than 3.5million people died from SARS-CoV-2 but when asking for a
36 single “isolation” of the alleged virus then despite all those dead bodies they have been unable
37 to prove this.
38 There is no doubt that people are dying but from what is the real issue.

40 For sure, millions of people are travelling but instead of an alleged mysterious airline
41 company it might be they are travelling by other modes of transport, such as shipping.

43 Likewise, people are dying in huge numbers but what if what PM Scott Morrison claims to be
44 an “invisible enemy” we were to have a “visible enemy” just that they may not be looking for
45 them.

47 I honestly question if you are really a competent CEO, as while i may not have the
48 experiences in an airline i certainly would have held that as a CEO the obligation is also
49 towards the shareholders to ensure the business is competently conducted and towards the
50 airline staff that they are not recklessly have their health and wellbeing, including their
51 financial wellbeing, needlessly placed in harms way.

8 With the contents of this correspondence also to be provide as a supplement to the Australian
9 Federal Police this will exceed so far 5,000 pages!

11 I do not intent to vote in the current due Victorian State election and as like with the 2001 federal
12 election and the 2004 federal election where the Commonwealth charged me for FAILING TO
13 VOTE I however representing myself defeated them in both charges in AEC v Schorel-Hlavka.
14 Do understand I am constitutionally not required to give any reasons why I do not desire to vote
15 in a political election but why waste a good opportunity to present to the court more than 5.000
16 pages (which will be relevant to the issue) and highlight the criminality of many politicians and
17 their minions. As I made clear that constitutionally the so called “infringement court” is no court
18 at all and as such any purported ex party fines are non-enforceable against anyone. Perhaps
19 Premier Daniel Andrews would have done better to properly consider my writings and to address
20 the issues of concern. Now however so to say the streets are littered with dead bodies of his
21 victims.

23 In the meantime I urge you to immediately return my grandson Dion to my son Mark and
24 arrange for appropriate compensation for what I consider to be kidnapping, false imprisonment,
25 torture, etc. As I indicated the State of Victoria failed miserably to be a Model citizen, model
26 litigant and model carer in regard of the issues governing my grandson Dion and only an utter
27 fool would ignore the serious legal complications that could result from failing to rectify matters.
28 At the very least I view that the State of Victoria should offer its assistance to my son mark to
29 ensure that not only Dion is immediately returned to his legal care but also it assist for any
30 appropriate alternative housing that Mark might need for his disabled son Dion, my grandson.

32 Obviously I require all and any court records (transcripts, etc) and investigation records so I can
33 “surgically” dissect it all to get to expose what really was and still is wrongly done and what is
34 the best way forwards to avoid the same against any other person. This also included any
35 medical files to show if the State Government did provide relevant medical test, etc, as to
36 establish if any jabbing, mask wearing, etc, was not harmful to Dion and what, if any alternatives
37 were considered, etc.

39 Because of the elaborate set out in the 5,000 plus pages I view it would be wiser for the State
40 Government to immediately place a moratorium upon any so called childhood vaccinations, etc,
41 as to avoid any further and/or additional complications.

43 We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal
44 constitution!
